With the new app I am having to go through security issues when out of my home area. I travel frequently because I am a truck driver, therefore, I am unable to quickly glance at my accounts. Is there a fix for this. Because I am about to close out my account with WYHY.
so far no problems with the app it works every time information is accurate and all the functions work properly. be nice if I had the ability to order a beer with the app (lol) wishfull thinking 😄
Robin is amazing she gets 5 stars. Why would the bank lock your account when your having problems. I had to call in when I got the money together. if it wasnt locked I could have just made the payment.
App can be buggy at times. Need to reset password to much. Fingerprint sign on only works at times.
Easy to use, secure, and a great app. Able to manage finances really easy in here. Love this app.
The WyHy app works great! Just wish you could do everything on the app that you can do on the online access.
Very good personal service. Mobile service is frustrating as you are required to change your password to much.

stops working for long periods. its very slow. doesnt have any information on mortgages.
This app is the easiest to use that I have found. Further, to my knowledge I have never had any security problems created by using it. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was on hold for way to long. when I finally talked to someone, they couldn't help me. Very frustrated!!!
like to play games with pending transactions to cause over drafts and confusion on balances. card is always getting turned off allot of Wells Fargo games starting lately

Experiences have been excellent because of all the friendly helpful employees.
Extremely poor Customer service! Do not do business with this credit union if you value customer service and would like to actually spend your money and not have it stolen. They out source what I would consider to be their most important department (credit card) leaving you to deal with people on the east coast who could care less about you or your account. I had a dispute in August here we are in October and STILL after numerous phone calls still no resolution to my problem. Oh no word count

The old app worked great.... this new one does not
Won't let me sign in at all! I have reset my password multiple times and still nothing. I press the blue sign in button, but it won't let me pass the login screen. USELESS
