I would have given it a 5 star rating, but I have two issues with the app. 1) It doesn't work with Android Auto. 2) For permanently deleting a downloaded song, instead of searching and deleting the song from download folder, give an option of deleting it from the playlist only. Other than that, I love using this app.
It is a good app . I mean better than spotify but song browser is ridiculous. I could able to find the song I am long for but the song is sung by someone else and not that particular singer who made the song . Please fix this issue . It will ve helpful for me as well as others.
I strongly recommend the user please don't prefer this, both Airtel and wynk are inefficient in solving the problem.. I requested for renewal of tunes ,not done. They force everyone to choose the availble tunes. Only to show thier presence the app is upgraded. Airtel is total useless in handling the issues. Sayonara..
Worst experience even when paid for membership 1. Not allowed to make playlist with local music. 2. Difficult to find orginal music, when searched it shows a lot of remix. 3. Many songs are not present. 4. New songs are update take longer than other music apps. Hope will do something about these.
Hello, I've been facing lagging issues with the latest Wynk music app. I've tried uninstalling and then re-installing it again but the lagging isses doesn't go away.... Please improve the performance of the app and help it get speedy like it was before! Otherwise the app is good and I've been using it for 7 long years!!!
It's a waste app..I contacted to wynk to get the songs what i needed 4 to 5 months ago nd I still didn't get it..I told them to add the songs nd listed all the details on help and support and they replied saying "we couldn't get your hellotunes"...there is no connection at all!! I used to like wynk app alot! But now it's a GARBAGE!!
The app is quite good and user friendly. Suggestions to the Dev team to give an option to add to playlists the songs which are downloaded by users and not present in the Wynk database. Currently if I have a song downloaded as MP3 from some source, I cannot add it to my playlist on Wynk or even like the song and have it stay on the Liked Songs folder.
Even afternot updating to the latest version because i didnt recieve the option till yet, i can't find so many of my favourite songs, cant arrange songs alphabetically, cant find locally downloaded songs because its not syncing, its so hapazard and i just cant understand anything and its so frustrating. Plzz solve the problem. I want my fav songs in the app back. Plzz 😭😭
I used to like the app cos it lets you download songs and play it offline. For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to find 3 songs by 3 different artists. Every other song except the 3 i was looking for is there. It's been minimum of 3 months since the latest of those 3 songs has come out. Especially frustrating when they don't have that one song you want but everything else by those artists.
Unable to play any music! I am just unable to play any music at all on my Mi A3. Have already cleared cache, data, reinstalled. Unable to start playing any song. Very weird. Would really request the team to check if this is a device specific issue, or there is an update that's affecting many. Hoping to Wynk again soon!😢
Probably the worst audio streaming app. I use airtel & I keep this app just for the caller tunes. It's bad from almost every possible way. The app crashes randomly, suddenly skips songs on it's own accord, very poor collection of music, it pushes ads like some petty chinese video calling app, terribly slow and lagging among other things. Airtel can learn from their biggest rival in the industry, Reliance Jio; in this specific section of their services..
worst app ever in terms of setting airtel hellotune: 1) English songs were unavailable including the popular ones as hellotune 2) half hellotune is repeated for the first call and the next call shows full length of the sound without which we prefer the most......we want full length hellotune without repeating it 3) sometimes when network is low, another hellotune is been heared when we call that was set by the system, not us..... which is ridiculous........... happy to give zero(0) star🙏🏼
It's the worst app ever. It just gets even worse every day literally...you can't even play any song it just stops in the middle of the song you have to start over everytime it's so irritating you can't download any song it just keep showing non skipable ads. I hate this app and I would recommend not to use it.
The app is good but it can be better. I am facing few issues that it there are limited options for setting hellotunes(for languages like Telugu) as I am not able to find the song for Hellotuunes and please give an edit option for hellotunes so that we can edit the portion of the song that we like to set.
I'm an Airtel Customer for 11 years and completely disappointed with this app. A Worst application I ever experienced, as soon as we open the application advertisement starts appearing even before playing any songs that too for 30s, once we try to play or search any song another ad comes for more than 15s. I completely frustrated with the app and recommend not to download.
Nice app i am a Airtel user so I can aslo download the songs.... It's good but I would like to give only three stars as there are so many ads between and also there are not all songs present that you want to hear.....that's why I switched to Spotify....The songs that I am not able to find like Charlie puth songs there are only cover of the songs of Charlie puth but not the real one and more i am not able to find all the old Bollywood songs.. please add more things ... Thanks please do this .
It seems like there is a problem with this app, because which ever hellotune i set for my Airtel mobile number it's not doing it some different songs are getting. Please resolve the problem or else Spotify is best. Because till now i have good experience with wynk music app. Don't try to loose it.
Shameful behaviour from wynk...soo much ads (even in between song playlist, everywhere i scroll ads , open the app unskipable ads , play 1 or 2 songs another add...). Hellotunes byfar the worst feature with little to no hellotunes. And i do have an airtel subscription ( so its sure they're in it for the money not for quality)
Recent 2022 May update is very bad. 1. User created Playlists are not opening at once. 2. 2ndary, if the playlist opens then except the first selected song, none of the other song from particular playlist are played, but the other Recent Played song starts playing. Very Irritating and Hopeless. FIX IT ASAP
Worst experience as a coustomer the isn't any one to contact, not able to ask for any help or cancel subscription option isn't there . The music is best but the service experience is worst. There is just an option of contact us but that doesn't work .
This app is limited to only new songs. Unable to find various old songs and albums. Setting hello tunes of my favourite songs are nearly impossible as they always show "Request HT" at all times. Also, whenever a tune is selected, it takes a lot of time to start working, or the Airtel tune is heard instead of the selected song. I hope you repair this issue soon.
