Downloaded this to get into the homecoming game and the QR code didn't work. They had to just scan my ID like they used to. I see no justifiable reason to use this app instead of just scanning student IDs.
This stupid app keeps giving me errors when I try to enter my w#. What an unnecessary and inconvenient system implemented for novelty only. There was nothing wrong with just taking student IDs
The most unnecessary/worst app. At a football game and in line 30min before kickoff and missed the first 2 possessions because of it. Nonsense
Have never been able to get into a game with this app. I have never successfully logged in because of "error code 401."
So Glitchy. It's so stupid the school won't let you just check in with your student ID cards anymore. Also F.Y.I. you have to pay 20 bucks each year in order to redeem your points. This wouldn't be a problem if they, at any point, told you this, but they don't.
The QR code given is literally just a QR version of our W numbers. Why not just use our IDs??? The ones that have the W number? It can't just be the ad revenue from the app.
This app is the worst!! It won't let me update my ID number or put my name in!!!
why have an app to prove you have a uwyo card and are student if student implies having uwyo card?
Wyocards were far more convenient for game-day entry. Trying to scan someone's cracked phone screen to get into the stands is nearly impossible and slows the whole system that gets people into the stadium.
Literally nothing works on the Android version. I tried to register with 4 different emails, none of which I have used before with UWYO (including UW Email), and it says they are all in use already. Get an Error Code 404 with every click of every button. Cannot even view profile. Horribly buggy.
Outright unnecessary. I highly doubt there was any serious issue with the old system of providing Wyo One ID cards to bring about this change. Inconveniences students and Wyo sports better perform well enough to make up for this added hurdle. Otherwise the student section will be sparse.
Take half an hour to log in. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't get into a game with out it

It seems like an unnecessary hassle to force students to use an app to get into a place that doesn't have WiFi for an athletic event.
The ap functions, but it just seems like an unnecessary hurdle to get into games. What happens to those without smartphones? They now have to go get a paper ticket--still free, I presume, but a lot less convenient. What was wrong with the old system? Also, now I have an ap on my phone that I will only use a few times a year.
This creates more problems for students. Wyo one card is much better.
Student ID cards are no longer accepted at University of Wyoming athletic events for entrance. Instead I have to use this app and get shown promotions. Great.
What was wrong with the old system? What if a phone dies? Your ID is useless now? I have more questions than answers because of this app, and I have to waste precious space on my phone to keep it for the few games I'll actually go to instead of just being able to show my ID...
Creates problems for people that don't use smartphones, also your phone has a battery and therefore if it dies, you're out of luck
App doesn't work. Terrible idea.
Man, who needs a student ID when you could have an app with ads instead. Probably going to go to even fewer sports games now
Not worth it
Sure, its safe to assume that the great majority of UW students have and use a smartphone. However, the people who do not are given an inconvenience.
Wyo ID was better
What if someone doesn't have a smart phone? Why do you need my data, is tuition not enough?!
Why bother with a phone when a card is so much easier?
This app is horrible. It stopped working for 2 months so I could not get any points and now when I am trying to redeem the points I have, the system isnt pulling up my account even though. I'm soo sick of this.
