WYSU Public Radio App
The WYSU Public Radio App allows you to listen to WYSU live, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for all the WYSU streams all at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for stories, bookmark a story for later, and wake up to WYSU with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!
• Listen to live streams from WYSU even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing – no clicks to start listening.
• Integrated program schedules for every station. You can display up to three of your favorites at a time or flick once to see the schedules for all of your favorite stations.
• One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another stream with a single click.

I can't guess wysu on my radio. So I like the idea of listening on my cell phone. I gave the app four stars instead of five is because at times I have difficulty finding out what is playing, or getting into the archives. It could be something that I am doing wrong.
good overall, but the feed gets lost every few minutes and the app refreshes, which interrupts the stream.
I find the station IDs annoying and I miss the NPR scroll. Still love the music and content.
App closes every 10 minutes. it is very irritating. still continues to close...why?????

It's a good app its good better over time
It is a big part of my day every day.
So many public radio stations have abandoned their classical music formats. It is a blessing to find this music even when far from home.
Great access to news and music.
Worked for a few weeks, but now it force closes every time I open it on my droid x2. It is completely unusable in its current state, so I have to uninstall it.
Looks good, interface is good, but horribly unstable! Rarely plays well in the background, if a text or calendar reminder pops up, app crashes! Often stops all on its own, even when being left alone! No updates for nearly 2 years!
Completely shuts down over and over. I've downloaded it over and over. I still like its features, but I need it to work.
Doesn't buffer streaming media adequately.. Stutters and dies and crashes.... Will see if the apple version is better.... Pity...
Months later, still stops and now says network error. Will just stop working... Restart, and go through the introduction again. You miss a 1/2 to full minute, maybe more because of this.
