I change my phone a year ago, it's REALME 8i version 11.0 and the apps say it compatible to use 😤 and I have my time try connecting my eribong on the app. AGAIN, still pairing time out because of its says not compatible of android version iOS like the last time, I don't know if my light stick is the problem or the app. Please please fix this issue, it's really annoying and frustrating 😡 so disappointed that I give 1 star

I can't connect. It keeps on crashing

I can't connect SHINee fanlight, there's no option for it and I can't make a screenshot to show it. And my profile picture doesn't change. Strange app. It only made me sad

Finally after this update i can login to the app, and connected to my lightstick. But i can't play any content in the app.

I can't connect Exo's 3rd lightstick anymore. After pairing, the screen asks if it flashes the same but it only flashes red once and turns off. My lightstick has been kept well and it has had no previous issues but it seems like no one is actually taking care of this at the moment. Why is SM such a let down?! Plus, we can't even use the app to make our lightstick the colour we want to. Why did we pay so much for the 3rd gen light to have zero control? It's honestly appalling.

It keeps crashing. i can't open the app, let alone connect. Plus i think there are bugs because after installing it, even if app is not even opening or working, my phone network stopped working and i tried loading google page on chrome, kept showing unsafe site and some is trying steal your information. Then i deleted the app and the network worked again, and the chrome didn't show that unsafe message again. I tried 2 times, same thing happened. Please fix the bugs and update the app. I beg you

I'm sorry to say this but I actually bought an EXO lightstick last year (2019) and I was about to use this app for me to see if it works with the rainbow color in it but sadly, I typed my email address and it always says that "check that your email is not already registered" but when I check if there's someone who tried to register using my email address, well it was none. Until now it's not working. I hope someone can fix this issue ☹️

Not trying to be harsh or start fan wars. But personally this app is pretty dumb and it never worked for me. The app basically shuts down multiple times, also I had to reinstall it a bunch of times and most of those times it just gave me the login screen and those rare times when I logged in it never even connected to the light stick. I feel like whoever was in charge of this app should really look it over and fix all those bugs considering how much people there is that have the same problem.

Could you please solve the bugs in the WYTH app as soon as possible? I cannot press the ‘ concert preparation’ button and my lightstick also cannot be synced. I just want to check whether my lightstick 3.0 is working or not but the app seems really lousy and cannot be used at all. I am very disappointed!!!!

Soo.. My nct lightstick wont disconnect from the concert Bluetooth from nct dreams beyond live and its been a week already, I've taken out the batteries, I've closed the app, nothing it wont let me turn it off. Its quite annoying since my lightstick has been able to perform well during actual concerts while in the stadium but suddenly now i cant disconnect. Its starting to worry me and annoy me.

My lightstick is connected to wyth but firmware update suddenly appears and at the time of the update the lightstick should turn red but mine doesn't change and is stuck at 10%, please give me an explanation about this. why is this and how to fix it, I'm sure my lighstick is original, I want my lighstick to connect to the application wyth because next November I will watch the EXO concert

Recently, I downloaded this app on a new phone and tried to register my Lightstick ver. 2. But every time I try, the app crashes. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you. Also I tried to send an email through the email given by playstore and it says email not found.

I just recently bought a lightstick but I couldn't log in to the app. The app on crashing and says "error" whenever I try to log in. I'm just hoping that I could also use the rainbow feature of EXO Lightstick. I wish this problem with get fixed as soon as possible. You don't even give the boys proper promotion, then at least fix this problem so we can still enjoy using the ls at the fullest. THANK YOU!!

I've subscribed to wyth app since 2015. I just uninstall it because there's no concert so It's no used at all to keep it. I install it again because i want to take a picture of my ls that changing lightcolors. When I sign in again it says error. I send an email regarding this matter. They told me to call... It might be easy to follow instruction on what to do via email. Please fix this app for everyone who still wants to use it.

My light stick can't connect into the Apps even I've tried to uninstall for several times still doesn't work, it's showing nothing and there's no concert date stated in the apps, so my light stick can't change the color, please fix it, since exploration Jakarta almost coming and it's only few weeks left, thank you

I can't open the app at all. I've seen many comments before me, saying the app doesn't work for their phones too. It doesn't works on my oppo f1s regardless how many times I've tried opening the app, shutting down my phone or re-installing this app. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

It doesn't work. It always say error. I already registered. Been trying to log in for about 13x already. Been doing all the instructions from youtube. Same results error. This app needs fixing or something. Its useless. Might delete later if it's still not working.

for those who don't know to connect bluetooth.first you have to log in or membership then you have to select the group you like, then you go look up, there are 3 lines you have to press and then you press 'MANAGE CONCERT DEVICE' then you select which lightstick do you use and make sure you guys already open the bluetooth and the end follow the instructions. TRUST ME IT WORTH IT!!!

It's not working! I kept on click the concert date and seat it keep saying "no registered seat" and lastly it keeps crashing. please fix this ASAP so other EXO-Ls who use android phones can connect their lightsticks so they're all set to EXpløration concert. thank you

My EXO lightstick ver 3 won't connect with the app. When I tried to set it up, it said that there is a new firmware to update then it wouldn't even update the new firmware. It write fail to update new firmware. It doesn't even change colour.

Takes forever to open and unable to connect to my lightstick! It says it might be because of my phone... which is a Galaxy 8+ so I dont get what's the matter. Luckily there is a lightstick help desk at the Seoul concerts, but could be a problem when overseas... Please work on your app and fix it!!!!!

it's not working. the concert button is faulty..I couldn't press it. I can't access it I've tried both Samsung and Huawei we're attending their EXplOration concert this august. and we would really want to use our version 3 lightstick.

I hope that you can add a function that can manually change the color of the EXO LIGHTSTICK VER. 2 or 3 like the other lightstick. So we can use the Lightstick even if we are not in the concert.

It's not connecting on my phone. I tried it so many time but it's always failed to update the firmware. I uninstalled it abd install two times. I tried to connect it for almost 2hours but still it's not connecting.

This is just not good... So many fans wants to experience the color changing of lightsticks.. but whenever we log in to the app it keeps getting errors... SM, please fix your service.. not only for us but for the artists as well. 🙂

before when it was my first time installing it, the (+) button was still working but after a month of it staying installed in my phone which is huawei btw won't work. everytime i click the (+) button nothing happens. i am not able to click it and also there's no seat information available. it keeps on saying that the seat information is unavailable. can you please fix your app please.
