It plays way better than it looks! The PC MMORPG space is weak right now with promising releases years away. Wyvern fills the void with a simple, yet deeply layered, loot and character development system. Seriously, check out the character creation choices! There is no pay-to-win, that I can tell, and the online community is incredibly friendly to new adventurers.
Got to naming my character. Then i hit the homescreen and what I'm guessing is the game flashes and goes back to the homescreen. So cannot play :/ Edit: went back into the game and it worked. I'll edit rating based on play time.
This is an absolutely superb game with people who are in charge that actually care about the players. It is so very unique in comparison to other mobile games and is also very challenging but rewarding. I would give this more then 5 stars if I could!
Like old-school MUD games? Have you perhaps enjoyed rpg games like Crossfire? (Kudos to those who have, haha) This game is a match for you. Sure, theres no desktop version, it's hard to tell if your character is even fighting enemies due to the lack of any manual targetting as far as I can tell, and the game is actually very pay 2 win (though donations are the only thing keeping this game alive, so don't be afraid to buy the devs a coffee or two just because of this!) but overall it's amazing :D
It is a tad confusing at first, but it gets going. Its a bit different from a normal rpg skill point wise. You dont have a skill tree that you just open up and invest points in. You need to go to a hall and pay the trainers gold in order to teach you and skill up. All the races are different with different "dificulties". If you dont like difficult rpgs this probably wont be for you. Even basic enemies like goblins and wolves can and will kill you in the begining.
A good old school MMO. A little confusing, but featured with a lot of items,actionsn and having the abillity to use a builder mode to make custom maps.
This game has been in development for 16+ years. I'm not sure why certain reviews claim this is in 'alpha stage'- aside from adapting the coding to modern computers. If you need flashy top graphics this game is NOT for you, 1/10 graphics wise. 3/10 sound wise. everything else is 9/10. If you can make lvl 25 within a week I'll send you 100$ ;]
Wyvern is amazing! Game has been in beta so there have been some bugs to work out but the developer has worked hard to make Wyvern great. Wyvern is a deep game that has so much to offer. Deep quests, long dungeon crawls, crafting, raid bosses, world events, or just hang out in the auction hall and chat with friends. Wyvern is f2p but has some NON-p2w ways to support the game. There is alot to learn and the community is very helpful if you have questions. Try to push a character to level 20+
Not sure if you're going to see this but is there any way I can delete my characters? I haven't played in a long time and I pretty much forgot how to play and I know I made a lot of mistakes on all of them, if there's a discord link then thats even better.
I would love to try this out, but it won't run on the galaxy z fold 2 unfolded. Only the outside display and it's just far too small to see anything.
Great title. Doesn't hold your hand, but it's really rewarding when you figure things out. A good amount of content and new content is being added.
Been in love with this game since the old days of the early 2000s. It was my first MMO and the one that I compare all others to. Still miss the PC client though.
one of the few mmorpg's on Android, classic 2D interface and good mechanics, with minimal pay to play and zero ads. way cool.
Won't let me log in, just says error occurred contact administrator. I mean I'm pretty sure I AM the administrator on MY phone, ijs. Might be able to leave a better review if I could actually play.
Just downloaded this played through the tutorial and first mission. It's ok. I need to play it some more before i decide whether or not to keep it on my phone. So far it's decent.
Its a pretty game to look at with a massive game world. Theres tons to do in the game and the other players are friendly.
okay so I've played this game since the early 2000s and its one of my favorite RPGs, but I am having issues with it crashing at open. I am curious if there is anything to fix this
Excellent game. Old school graphics but still lots of fun with a great community.
Was a fun immersive game till I spent hrs to end up stuck over encombered and no way to drop I researched I had other player try and help but with no luck better luck for the rest of yall
Character Deletion? No option to delete character if you try a class and do not like it. Please kindly fix. 5 star when its fixed.
I really enjoyed this format, but the quests are so tedious. For example, I'm trying to climb up a clock to find the timekeeper and keep falling and having to start over. A few times, ok. I like a challenge. But, after trying for two hours of apparent movement errors, I give up. I prefer quests which offer clues you need to solve, not quests in which you have to thread a needle over and over. I had similar success with other quests. For 2-3 quest points? I'll find another mud.
