Don't know what you have going on, and you probably won't respond to this, because you never do. I have has the other app for many years and it was working fine. Now with that said, why did we change the app that was working great. Downloaded this "NEW" app and it locks up, shuts down, doesn't work half the time. The screen goes blank when you first open it up. Now don't tell say it's my phone or an app that I down loaded. The only app that I've updated sense your "NEW" app has been NONE. I have uninstalled and removed it from my library and reinstalled it three times. So with that said ball is in your court, so are you going g to answer my issue or are you just going to not do anything?
Since the Dec 2018 update, the app freezes before it can fully load the first map screen. I wish it would let us choose what we want the start page to be because the maps about the least useful of Map, Hourly or Daily. Can you please resolve the freeze on loading? It was 2-3 stars before but ok now I'm about ready to remove it.
Was a nice app. Used it all the time then for last few months app keeps crashing. There later was an update now and whole app is different. But still keeps crashing. I am considering other weather apps now since this one has become very unreliable
I have been having a problem with random pop up ads so I downloaded a app tracker that tell me when an app is running so I could figure out which app was causing these ads. Low and behold it was your app, I have had your app on my phones for a very long time but I will be deleting it.
The app opens, but most of the time is stuck on the screen. The radar (if it loads) is frozen so the animation doesn't move. I also can't swipe to check the hourly or daily info. I prefer local weather, but this app keeps wasting my time.
The app has worked great for years. The last few months it struggles to load. Neither my home or my wireless Carrier have changed. The reliability of this app has declined.
Worked great for as long as I've had it. Close to two/three years? Within the last few months it's slowed down, fails to load data, follow me doesn't work, etc. Just doesn't work right.
Since most recent update app will no longer will download data. I used the app often until the February 5, 2021 update. I had to delete it and install a different weather app. I prefer a local weather app but I also prefer an app that works.
All i have to say is this app is trash, i won't bother listing the problems anymore.
Something seems to have happened to the app recently. On my notification bar, I get a weather ribbon for every place I travel through and can't clear them out.
Almost worthless. Problems: 0% chance of precipitation reported yet it's raining or snowing all the time. Reporting a high temperature at i.e. 29 while it's currently 35 at the same time. I could go on, but this weather service is unprofessional, negligent, and dangerous to use.
Be you could be the first weather app to list the entire day's hourly weather temps. It would be nice to reference back to the day's high, low, rain time etc. Evey weather app shows the current hour going forward. But What was the peaks, low were for the day? Please think about it.
App does not download when requested to view and radar quit working and graphics don't even show up! I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same out come!
App doesn't update in the background. Also, daily forecast doesn't show up when clicking on it, have to click hourly, then go back to daily. Is it too difficult for developers to make apps that actually work as they say they do?
I only liked this app for the radar. The forecast was mediocre at best. The final straw causing me to finally uninstall this app was the heart jumping storm warning voice that screams at you in an annoying creepy man's voice. Get rid of that type of alert!!!
used to be great , could look easily at other regions for storms and weather ..now all i see is a big dark map. Nashville TN was having tornado watches by family and there was zip on the map now. why the change ? :(
I've had this app for years and loved it. Like everyone else here, the Follow Me doesn't work, the daily forecast doesn't work unless you do the hourly-daily back and forth thing. I looked up in the Help section what was wrong and found a ridiculous explanation that it was my internet, or something like that. We also weren't made aware of imminent frost this Fall like we used to be. I was disappointed. Switched to 9&10. Works perfectly and I'm very happy to have one that actually works!
