Why can't I see any of the characters it won't let me click anything its so bugged

I love the game but I was vip lvl 4 my character level was 46 and now it's all gone plz fix this my character name is laneyfly

Love the game, spent some money and im loving the perks, but recently the game has been crashing and freezing constantly. I can't bring up the new event page without my game completely freezing and forcing me to restart the app. Please fix, other than that the game is amazing, i highly recommend it for anyone who loves WoW.

Game won't load my character. The app keeps closing out after the opening cutscene with deathwing and the lich king. Utterly dissappointed

Great but heroes never restore health each round and game not support a hero increase health like all other games , we neeeeeeeed items as a gift from boxes , i pass stage 5 for example what i will dooooo with hero shared , i have 9999 main hero shared , we neeeed blue or elite gifts guys

Really enjoying the game, but recently the lag and glitches are terrible, can you please fix the shops the exchange point shop they are all glitches for me, all with the same hero and 99999 for a price.

Love the game. Have never had an issue until today. Will not load past the patch screen.

Dont bother. The "Free VIP" would take you months to get. 250 coins for VIP 1, then 250 for 2, 1200 for 3, 2250 for 4, 4500 for 5. Through dailies you get around 60 a day (one of the dailies require you to spend diamonds...what happened to free?) So youd have to do them dailies for months just to get to VIP 2.

Played for 2 days and then paid for daily draw. On the 4th day the game stopped working. You sign in and it auto closes. Great scam. Even uninstalled and reinstalled.

if your gunna make an english version spell stuff right and what truly amazes me you spelt ruins wrong in first line on login screen buins and then at the bottom of login page u spell fight fignt and ruins correctly if the game is this crap at login screen i dont want to go any further thk u

I purchased the diamonds and it says it will rebate me 3000gems. However I have waited for 2 days and I still haven receive any diamonds. What's going on??!?!
