X-Hero : Avengers Arena

Needs polish but amazing art makes it stand out in the idle summons games, even if the interface looks awfully familiar. The English, both written and spoken, is, quite frankly, gibberish. But the drop rates feel fair, the art is fantastic , and the concept is a lot of fun. If the devs put some finishing touches on this, it could easily be one of the best in the genre. Just don't read the lore books. They make less than zero sense.

Decent game with lots to do. It's evolved quite a bit since I started & they've made a lot of changes to the game as they try to find their footing. Many of the changes are good, but with each change it gets a bit laggier. I'm thinking it requires more RAM than it used to. Ultimately I uninstalled due to this & the fact that it's very memory space heavy (over 3gb). Best played on a tablet to make it more worth while. Would still recommend. They're generous with in game currency. F2p friendlyish.

Overall, this is a fun game. Initially it starts great, lots of activity to keep you busy. Things do start to slow down as you progress though and eventually it's a brutal grind. I'm sticking with it for now as there are constant changes (some good, some pointless) but unless something happens soon in terms of progress this is a waste of time without spending ALOT of money. Update: There was an update to the game last night and it's seems the game is completely hosed as it won't load now.

Great but not quite fantastic... Overall I really enjoy this game. I've actually been willing to spend a bit on it because it's pretty cool. The art is fantastic and the animations are awesome in that cheesy comic book way. I have one problem. Information. The status effects are displayed and some are pretty obvious, others not so much. It makes it difficult to strategize when you're not even entirely sure how your character really works. Basically all it needs is easier to interpret stats.

While playing at the early levels can be fun, once you get to a higher level the fun slows to a crawl and gets tedious. It isn't a matter of grinding, you have nothing to do. There needs to be something implemented that players can do between resets. Another thing is getting higher level hero's so you can upgrade the lower ones. The majority of the time when you turn in scrolls you don't get good ones. Needs improvement.

First off it's NOT cyberpunk, it's a four color super hero game. there are a few cyberpunk characters, but there is also rip offs of superman, kung fu panda, iron fist, and terminator along with more. the game play is pretty standard auto clicker and the tutorials are more "this is where you do the thing, figure it out." it looks decent and I haven't hit a hard pay wall yet or anything. the ability to trade in your repeats and unused heroes to get different ones is great and helps with the development of a favored team. but it feels like they just took all the standard stuff jumbled it together and put it under a pretty skin. Oh and it tends to lag on loading and will often pause other programs with sound, even if the sound is turned all the way down it sometimes will still play at regular volume

This game started off fun and there seemed like a lot to do. What bothers me the most is that the game minimizes and soft closes every 2 minutes. It makes it almost unplayable and is super annoying. Plus once you hit a certain level you can't win anymore or progress. You either log in ever 12 hours and hope you can upgrade or you spend money. Also, might be coincidence but the day I installed this game is the day I started getting a lot of email spam and phishing. Be wary.

The game has a wide variety of heroes....but I agree with some of the folks on this review chat. There are way too many updates which completely change the direction of the game. That being said, it's a great concept game, with plenty of play modes, and fantastic to play when it works. For the past 2 days however, like many others on this thread, I have been stuck at "downloading 80%." I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, changing download methods from wifi to LTE...all with no result. Not sure what's going on, but it's definitely starting to get a little annoying.

Some aspects of the game are enjoyable, with multiple mini-games and special events. However, the game is consistently updated with incomplete software releases which frequently involve glitches, inability to log in, completed quests where prizes are not received, etc. There is no in-game technical support, with the only way to receive assistance thru their Facebook. If you enjoy being frustrated this game is for you.

One of the best clicker games on mobile. Edit: connection is much better lately. Game is great for what it is, but sticks to the clicker formula to a fault. 1v1 and clan wars are very flat feeling, with little real strategy... could be so much more. Many heroes are almost completely pointless after playing for a few days. Hints at story but does not really deliver, and you'll wanna skip the battles after a while, even though animations and art are fantastic. Many positives, but very p2w

This is a pretty solid idle game with fantastic graphics. The biggest complaint i have is that there is next to zero actual gameplay once you're in a battle. The gameplay all comes from team comp and positioning, which occurs before combat. Also, combat tend to drag on for a long time and while many battles can be skipped to the results screen, some boss battles can't be skipped and they take forever. Lots of Engrish too, which for me is a plus because it's hilarious.

Been playing this for about a month now, and I am still very much enjoying it. I like how it is not very stingy with it's premium currency, as I can do a 10 hero summon about once every three or four days (2200 crystals) without doing tones of grinding. There are many ways to aquire and manage your heros, and leveling them up isn't nearly as bad as I thought it might be. Progress has slowed down a bit, but not frustratingly so, and the artwork is very well done. I recommend this to any idle fans

Neat concept, loved the artwork. A shame the latest update ruined the game. The game is now laggy and unplayable. I can't play for more than two second without the game freezing. They also changed the requirements for upgrading heros. It was hard enough before, now it's insane.

After playing for a few months, I've decided to vent my frustrations. I understand that games have a pay a hundred dollars to randomly get a 1% drop rate of heroes, but after the last patch, it's the f***ing worst. The amount of heroes needed to level up to the first level went from 8 copies to 12 copies. A freaking 50% increase! Not to mention they made EVERYTHING more expensive. To level up items, it takes a F*** ton more gold, AND they introduced this new currency SPECIFICALLY for upgrading.

Great game, and I love the new style. The space discovery changes are great, but level 6 needs to be fixed. Many people can't access it. There is a new spaceship that can be unlocked after level 6 is completed, but I can't even start it, please help!!!

A really great game. It's very easy to play, and you never have to spend money on getting good items. I played it for hours the first time I downloaded it, and it will be a game I keep in my phone. The artwork is AWESOME and the mechanics are smooth. I just hope they keep updating it, adding new levels, and adding new heroes. A VERY cool game with gorgeous female heroes and awesome art in general! Please keep updating!

I like it, it's pretty good. I thought the battle system was going to be better. I like the concept but I prefer a game called 'Zombie Strike'. It seems this game is highly influenced by Zombie Strike when it comes to the events, the hero summon, the daily rewards, the "Wanted" tower, the Travelers bar, everything is copied from Zombie Strike. Just play Zombie Strike its much better and you have physical heroes and side view battles. This game is okay but the battle system should be better.

It's fighting cards. Nothing more. Just fighting cards. It doesn't have all kinds of different things to do. You get cards, you fight and best everyone up for awhile and then later on I'm sure things get tougher " hopefully" lol. It's really a basic game so that disappointed me really. Not sure how it has such a high review. Graphics are good. Maybe that reason. Creativity and game story is no good at all.

::::Edit:::: So they provided support, fixed some issues I had and even some minor things I've said in feedback. They are doing fantastic work! I hope better changes come and some skill descriptions are better written, some skills are a head scratcher and must be tested to know what they really meant. I didn't really like that, as I got confused and exchanged a skill I didn't really like. That's okay, game rewards you just for playing, better odds would be appreciated!

Misleading promotional graphics. It's 2D, not 3D images for characters. You just watch rectangles fight each other with no input from you. If you want a game that plays itself, there are ones that are at least a lot more interesting to watch, but if all you care about is the comic aesthetic, have fun.

the game has no tutorial when i opened it, took 5 times (opened app/closed it) to make it "work" doesn't "automatically connect" to account, the only positive i could think of is the nice character art on the "front page" when you open the game. Edit: i can now give this a beautiful 5 star because your server now runs perfectly :) thanks for (if you even did anything) repairing the servet :)

*updated* I was finally able to get in after an update, some decent features added *Old review* Gameplay is a collection game that requires micromanagement to succeed. The only upside is there's no energy mechanic to prevent you from playing, but there's only so much you can do before you hit walls and have to wait or pay. No real active combat, you setup a team and watch it play out. Gets boring pretty fast. They need to work on localization. I doubt even the devs understand what the skills do.

I haven't seen an option to reduce gfx or anything to make the game run faster and not load for each battle or stutter when viewing a hero skill description because of the hero animation. This is the biggest problem for me and my phone is reasonably fast and strong. Because of that afk arena is still better but the best thing about this game is the non boss battles skip and the hero/villian theme.

It's a pretty mediocre hero game. You earn hero cards to battle enemy hero cards. The graphics look nice, but as far as I saw, every single character model was stolen from other games and comics. As I said, it's not a bad game, but there's nothing new or original here. At least there are no ads, aside from the ones it shows you to try to get you to spend mo ey on the game. "Buy this hero now!" kinda stuff. Prices range from 99 cents to 99 dollars, so whales should have plenty to spend on.
