Not only once application is not possible to run. It wants update, when I go to play store there is no update. When I uninstall and install again... the same story, cant run ,old version, app needs to be updated ! And sometimes Hotshots messages are delayed for few minutes what practically makes items impossible to buy.
This is really fantastic and amazing application, I always use this application. x-Kom is really fantastic app, everyone can use this app easily
I created an account within the app and placed an order. Payment was rejected but there is nothing I can do about it. I didn't receive an email confirming the purchase, or creating the account. When i try to log in through my computer, it doesn't let me in. When i try to reset my password, no email arrives... Horrible UX
Application doesn't show my order. Actually it shows 1 order in left slide menu, but when I press "moje zamówienia" it shows: "brak zmówień". There is also missed eng translation. Also there is some app freezing when I try to find nearest shop for any good. UPD. Most of the issues have been fixed, but missed eng translation is still there.
I have to enter my credentials each time when I run the app. For some reason, when I close the application, it simply logs me off. This issue appeared after recent updates. This is not normal, guys, so please fix it.
Works real nice from browsing to purchase. Things to work on... Promotions land a bit late in the app... For some odd reason when a payment fails due to timeouts there is no option to restart the payment process, unless I missed it, as a result you have to call the helpdesk.

Works as it should to. Filtering are very detailed. Just what I need to.
Spams with promotions, although i turned off all notifications inside app. It's good gor shopping or checking on your orders, but not really better than website. Due to adverisment spam, and lack of response when i inquired about receiving unwanted messages I am forced to rate this app with lowest possible rating.
Very good experience, UI is clear, almost no bugs, notifications appear as they should. No complaints in any space
It's good for Local people as they can understand Polish. It will be great if it has an option to switch the language to English so that other people could also use the app better

Selecting an item after search is almost impossible. Also the app have 'clicking hickups' in different places as well.
quick and easy with X-kom app
Graphic cards aren't delivered for the last 9 months while x-kom started selling other models with similar characteristics for the price 3 times higher. Position in queue doesn't change, poor service.
English version would be helpful for the foreigners. The app is fast and easy to use

The website doesn't work to buy anything, and then I tried to download this app and I got "unexpected error".
