Since last update, works better with Android. The main issue that needs to be fixed is palyback. It plays back in slow motion, freezes, then skips time to catch up or just freezes.
Unable to log in tells me there is a network error. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same issue. Tells me that the app uses old Android software and may not work. No updates available. Can you please update.

Very responsive when I found issues with Android. Problem has been solved. Great customer service.

Can't login either, but to let everyone know, my tech guy said an update is planned next Tuesday or Wednesday, so hang until then and update then, hope that helps :)

Update: still waiting!! 9/12/20 Update: Emailed CSD called Tullamarine. Got response via email - fault is known, manufacturer notified, no resolution. Great what's the point of having cctv you can't view! Can't login!!!??? Says check network. All settings lost. QR code doesn't work. Tried uninstalling says Android app built for older android version, check for updates, no updates!!!! Still works on my partner's IOS, so developers I see others are having same prob - what's the fix???
