the taxi was clean and tidy. It was really able to accommdate 4 passengers with all the luggages. The driver was quite friendly and turned up on time waiting for us. One thing that can be improved is to allow o verseas customers visiting HK to use paypal or credit card payment for online booking.
Excellent app. There are always drivers available and can pre-order the car. Service is excellent, much better than the HK taxi cabs.

Quick enough but driver did not call me to say he had arrived, whilst your system was showing 1 min, 3 min, then 2 min, etc. Why did driver not call me? When I called him the phone was unclear and he sounded a bit rude !

very good service, drivers are polite and considerate. very suitable for elderly, wheelchair users and families. cars are clean. the low steps is very convenient for elderly passengers.
