Update: Wow now that's much better with latest update. If the live view didn't connect you couldn't access the cloud, now you can without connecting to the camera. Also timeline works when you search but the triggers aren't being detected in the timeline. I've noticed that now the volume always mutes when in live view mode. Almost there dev and well done for improving the xbell app.

responds slow. battery display has problem. went down to about 20% in less than a day and stay there for a few days and never change. it will be nice if they couod have some features such as showing history when motion detected or someone press the doorbell. also if they would allow setting different notification for motion detection and actual ringing of the doorbell.

latest update has made this doorbell useless. doesn't ever ring anymore, takes ages to load, keeps saying connection error and the night version is just a black screen can't see anything! new update is definitely required. used to be ok for the price but now it's useless. developer doesn't reply to emails either so no point in trying to contact there.

Does not connect to the doorbell. Tried several times to set up new device, but the doorbell does not hear the audio signal from the phone. I'm also using a 2.4ghz wifi signal. Why use the audio signal at all? There should be an AP mode. Please fix before I'm forced to return it.

Randomly stops working. No "activities to view" anymore. Suddenly requires to be set up all over again multiple times. Why can't it work like it did the first month I got it? I've only had it about 3 months and nothing saves anymore!

When bought new the doorbell was excellent however the latest update seems to have made it worse, most notably the colour in the picture doesnt seem right anymore. The cloud storage update was a good idea but whatever has happened to this latest update its not good. Please try to release a further update that will fix the problem, cheers.

I have dlink & reolink that work fine. This app rarely works properly. Since no other app works with my Yeoman doorbell it means I wasted a lot of time and money. --- I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. I just purchased a new Google mesh router with one point 10' from doorbell. Now it works fantastic.

beside delays , not bad...but not reliable too . in wifi ,the app work ok-ish . in 4G I don't get notification at all, unless I do open manually the app, then all the notifications are coming at once . not very handy since it fail the primary goal of this solution. till futher developments, i consider this doorbell and this app pretty much a toy

Bad and still very poor!!! The app needs to be really more developed!!! 1. How to turn off the sound of ringing whe you push the button????? Turn it off!!! Or provide a choise in the app! 2. Devide the notifications of PIR and of the call!!! 3. Provide the list of PIR videos of the day and other calendar days not only in cloud but also in memory card in the device!!!! When you will do this and update the app???

The doorbell notification has to be different than motion notification. It's annoying when the phone rings for detecting motion only. Please have two different methods of notification!!! The phone should only rings when someone presses the doorbell!!

Please fix the wifi on this application. It is not working properly. I'm connected to the wifi and after I select it. It goes to find Device but wifi is not highlighted. Doorbell says pairing and pairing information received but once at 70% after like 5mins wait it fails. -Samsung Galaxy Note 8

love this bell answer from anywhere easy set up just got make sure close to it and said ready to connect something like that if you have difficulty setting a second device up when you share QR code and won't open it's easier press share code on 1st device then scan it on second device it sets up straight away but over all once set up it's excellent oh yeh if on busy street I would turn pir off

Wish instructions were more informative with each setting so I could get the most out of the device. Reset device because fun toning problems. Now I cannot get it to sync/pair

Implement auto switch to full screen if device in landscape mode. I use a tablet in landscape mode and i need to click the "full screen" button each time.

Doesn't work most of the time. When pressed the bel i get a notification perhaps 1 out of 10 times. So useless as a doorbell. Camera works great so i will use it as babycam

Last few weeks it no longer shows me anything in the cloud storage. Says get failed. Time between when someone presses the doorbell and when I can see it they are now long gone. Thinking I will need to get a different now.

Slow apk..46 secunds to open doorbell. press button to ring a bell and PIR motion detetection is the same. aplication call me on every moving. on other doorbell for motion detetection I received just notification. phone should ring only when button is pressed. I'm totaly disappointed.

worked great until upgrade now can't change setting don't upgrade to this version it resets everything to low detection and you can't change it and no help from xbell

Whoever owns this app need to upgrade its system it freezes and never pick up til after the fact if something happens you won't know who was at your door til moments later this is not cool. Please Fix

No longer works on the latest version of android so is pointless. Notifications never happen unless the app is running in thd foreground.

Camera device added now shows up in list. Motion detection doesn't work. Calling in now works but I can't hear anything from the caller !

I think the app is great, the only downfall is I can only connect one phone to the doorbell which is not good unless you live by yourself.

for the price it was a good deal and the free cloud and so that made me happy however the application is a little bit clunky and I wish they could work out some Kinks but I am satisfied with this product and how it was described and what it does

Unreliability is an understatement. Worked for awhile but ceased to operate at all. Fix the bugs developers!!! - Samsung Galaxy S7

Does not work. Camera links to phone, but there is no notification to my phone when doorbell is pushed. Total waste of money. Seller does not reply to messages.

Ready to use in a minute, not sure how the cloud service work? Is it saved on my phone's SD card instead. Does the work it supposed to do.

It worked well the 1st mth. Then it began to lag and the doorbell doesn't ring. I have changed the batteries. I guess I should just get the real thing at this point.

I was able to hook to my phone and the wife's. but to pull up live feed takes too long. plus the sd card should come with it. I hooked to my door bell and didnt work all I herd was a buzz.
