I see some folks are asking about the GPL in the comments.This app is all code I made myself. It contains no code from the XBMC project or elsewhere. Its based on the online XBMC docs and experimentation. I mailed the gentleman from the XBMC project who left the comment.

Dont know what this is! Or what to do next. Waist of time! I gave it a 1 because it downloaded quickly after that duh!
No idea what this even does. Don't use it directly, it says. What then? I was expecting a media server but this is not one - what is it?
Great for watching the sports and darts and checking out what's new in the cinemas aswell
rubish why go on it when it says its free but its not!!!! dont download it , it fills your stoarge if you have it delete it but im not sayin you have to.
I can't get it to work with yapsy or urllib2. When I send a request to your app it logs the method but no aditional information like it does for the official xbmc remote. It seems like it completely ignores the params It responds with an OK message but doesn't do anything. Is there any documentation to your api? can you explain exactly how your api differs from the xbmc json rpc api? It would be awsome if I could get my program to also work with your app.
It plays everything. Looks cool. Makes a great looking movie collection with different skins. IT'S FREE!!
Hi Dave, as always, teamxbmc is happy to let people branch the XBMC code. With that said, if you could please contact me at natethomas AT xbmc DOT org, I'd appreciate it. I'd like to make sure everyone stays compliant with the GPL. I'd contact you in any other way, but there seems to be no option for that.
Works as advertised after latest update. Developer is quick to respond to emails. There's still room for improvement/additional features, but totally functional as is.

Cannot setup anything as there is no menu or settings button and my phone does not have one... I hoped for connecting to remote http WebDAV as in XBMC
