XBMC4Xbox Remote

I have had this app on 3 different samsung galaxys (S3, S4, A70) for a good 5-6 years to use as a remote for my OG Xbox, and although it was difficult for me to set up each time, once property setup it does great. Make sure your you're on the same network as your xbox, and put your ip static on the xbox, as dhcp sometimes changes it's ip resulting in the app not working

Useless App. Doesn't work and if it was easy enough to setup then it maybe would of worked. But it's not easy.

Doesn't work at all does nothing

So much better than the default web server that comes with xbmc. The only shortcoming is the custom playlists show up as an .xsp file, but selecting them does nothing. I have to use the web frontend to play those.

Thanks for making this application, Makes my phone more usefull when conected with my xbox. I find most UNPN remotes such as windows media player have hickups. Even the web site has hickups. So I hope this wont have to many

Makes the modded Xbox running xbmc4xbox a whole new box, only downfall is the lack in video support to run higher res videos

The user guide is absolutely cack. There's no explanation or instructions on how to do anything. Seems like you have to have a degree to know how to program the damned app.

Works well. Easy set up. Glad someone still helping original xbox users.

Great app! I still use the old xbox for various things and this makes it feel a whole lot better.

Only install this if you have an original xbox running the latest xbmc4xbox ...but do install it!

Great work, has some better and more specific features than the official xbmc remote which only partially works on the xbox build, nice to keep the old dinosaur running and useful, best part is with xbmc it has far better codec support than its money grabbing successor :)

Hey dan plz plz send me a ur email or something to contact u I can't get this to work for the life of me. I'm very good with xbmc4xbox and xbox. This should be a breeze for me and yet it won't connect

Works great! And brings the 12 year old system to modern functionality.

Simple application that does what it describes, I thought you could navigate folders and files on the remote UI but its just opens the app on XBMC and gives you the remote UI. Don't expect much more in terms of features from premium.
