Frequently freezes when entering Monthly mileage. Will stop recording on longer trips randomly and makes it difficult to keep accurate records. Must pause and un-pause while making stops during a Trip. If you forget, the App will just stop the Trip. This might not be a good option for you if you need to pick up supplies or make frequent stops. Considering going back to manual Monthly logs.

This app got better since my last review where I said it could be better. Raised up to 4 star from 3 star. Keep up the good work.

App is great when it works. New issue: trip will end randomly when I am driving. Happens on ALL trip, and not just if I am at a stop light/stuck in traffic. I can be on highway at 100 km/hr and it will end the trip. Have to enter all of May manually as a result. Running Android Pie on Samsung Galaxy S9+. Hopefully this is just a bug that is readily fixable.

Garbage app. Complete waste of time. You want to launch the app, wait 5 minutes while it thinks about it and then crashes. If you somehow managed to get the app to launch and try to enter mileage, it will fail telling you to call support. When you call support it says enter your mileage on the app. Garbage garbage garbage this is the worst program I've ever been forced to use in my life.

I have a Samsung A50 phone. The real time mileage tracker feature does not function; the program freezes. On the other hand, I do appreciate the ability of the program to move rapidly when manually logging mileage.

App is broken. Cannot get past login screen. Enter username and password, choose login, get a green "loading" circle for a second, then nothing. All of the reviews seem to indicate similar behavior. C'mon guys, surely you tested this app before publishing, didn't you? Using an Essential PH-1 on Android 9.0 Please fix, this would make managing my fleet car so much easier.

I've been waiting for an app like this. Its now MAY 2022. Still love this app. Ease of use is great.

Won't let me start any of my trips. Home page always says "Great job,you're all caught up" and can't do anything else to close it out. Website and app aren't very helpful when trying to fix things.

overall it would be pretty excellent... if didn't crash and not let enter mileage every month. I have to delete the app and re-install it every month just to finally submit the mileage data.

Stopped working with my iPhone. I can't get past the first screen after logging in. I have deleted the app and reinstalled with no improvement.

the help feature requires you to call a live person, there is no other option. But as a novice and new user, I feel as though I am idiot. The live helpers are sort of polite, but I feel as though I am expected to previously know how to use the App. When I tell the helpers that I am new, I am not given any additional information. In other words, I am expected to know how to ask the right question to get an answer. I receive "push" notices. But the push notices are not self explanatory.

This is much easier than log on computer.

I would not use this app if my company gave me a choice. Has a very "protype" feel that could improve if the effort was made. However, it feels like it is very much still in beta and needs improvement.

I like that I can have it track my trips.for some reason the trip logs repeat multiple times for the same trip. It's better than tracking mileage by hand on paper but just a little better.

App does not function. Nothing but errors after the login.

Just plain broken. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times on a Pixel 3a. I can only use the start or stop trip button. all the other menu buttons are there, but don't function at all.

Closing the app doesn't log you out automatically and therefore it causes errors. Way too slow on differentiating between business and personal mileage.

It crashes and you can't input business miles. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, doesn't work.

Constantly denying my entries, at least once every three months. Thankfully their customer service is on point. Same stuff different day, nothing fixed. 9/4/19 Still the same stuff, nothing fixed. Poor

Does not work with Android S10e. Keeps eeroring out after login. Please fix this. Xerox techs have to start reporting Mileage through this app, this month!!!!

Useless app. App has no functionality when I open it; can't review vehicle, mileage reporting, service options, nothing. Don't even download this piece if junk.

App has never worked, don't waste your time. App tech support is useless. If you like this app you, you are either lieing or working for Element. I wish I could give negative stars.

App keeps stopping trips while I'm driving. Used to work great. I'm travelling at 100km/hr on the highway and trip ends? I get if I'm stuck in traffic or at a red light but c'mon.

Does NOT work. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded the app two times and it is worthless. Cannot login or do anything.

It doesnt work. It worked for a couple months now nothing loads and cant navigate anywhere.

Always crashes won't even open to allow me to log in delete and remove the app reinstall it same thing used to like it latest update made it worse

This app used to be very useful to me, The mileage reporting feature no longer works, I wonder if the last update broke this!

good info for fleet maintenance. the app is laid out easy and provides several reports to maximize fleet maintenance and prevention.

Awful app, does not track trips at all, I've reinstalled it twice and restarted my phone... Nothing.
