Amazing app. For a person who loves to travel various places, I find this app very useful since I had some best experience at the hotels that was suggested by this app with amazing offers and not to mention the convince of full packaged offers from flights to hotels, I have to say that I am a happy user.
Not user friendly. I can't login through app. There is hidden charge while you check out. This app didn't show exact price. Good reviews here is only by owner and their own staff. As a hotel owner i listed my property here but they listed my property with less price and added taxes and surcharges which we didn't add to our guest. I don't recommend anyone to use as a customer or property owner. Facilities and address are not exact.

It keeps crashing when i open it

Veru helpful and easy to use. Also has many discounts and offers going on which is a plus point for someone who travels alot. Will definitely use it again for my trips in the future.
Overall the UI is great, hotels and flights are cheaper than other booking sites. I think the app need some improvement. keep up the good work
Excellent app developed by Nepali entrepreneurs with vision to promote Nepal as global brand for tourism. I suggest all to help Xceltrip promote in Nepal and globally. Xceltrip is easy to use and gives much cheaper rate. Nepali can use their local visa card or esewa app to pay online.
Best and user friendly online hotel and flight booking mobile app. Only app accepts all nepal bank cards, eSewa, fonepay, cellpay, imepay, prabhupay. I was lucky to be weekly winner run by fonepay & xceltrip. Cheapest travel booling app.
Does not give option for destination for booking. Also, very bad customer service as numbers listed in the website either is not reached or not received.

I had this a 1 star but my phone had some security issues took about a day to get them straight but I've been waiting for this! Stay blessed and this Xcel will be the best!
I booked an apartment with self-access and I paid with bitcoin. I verified my account with XcelTrip. The booking confirmation had no contact info for the apartment I booked, nobody contacted me regarding my booking. I hqd no chance to get into room I paid for! Of course they DO NOT refund Bitcoins payment. STAY AWAY from this company, you will most likely waste your time and BTC. Complete scam!

Hopeless app to use, do not drain your ,obile battery, this doesn't show any hotels, says all the hitel rooms sold out. But when we go to properies and search by other apps, we can get a lot of rooms there. Hopeless App. Please don't use this app🤔😐😑☹️😡
