The XChange data app is a data and internet access service provided by Marlink.
XChange data simplifies your access to the mobile XChange user interface to manage your data communication via satellite.
Once ‘online’ you can use your preferred apps like email, Whatsapp, Facebook and so on.Monitor and control your satellite data usage in real time.To secure your prepaid credit, the XChange mobile environment disconnects you automatically after 2 hours of usage (default). Ask your on board administrator if you would like to extend the duration.

The app is completely useless. I keep getting the message - 'Failed to connect to xchange', though I am connected to wifi. Looks like some novice/amateur has developed the app.
It is amazing how bad can you make a simple app. Very sluggish performance (using a regular web browser is actually faster for connecting), constant glitches, freezups, not remebering saved password and user name, reporting false data, etc. The latest update somehow made it even more slow without fixing any of the issues.
Can you please incorporate a built in firewall so that whenever we connect to the satellite, only selected apps would be allowed to access the internet, all other apps and updates wont be consuming data. We are currently using noroot firewall to do this. It would be neat to incorporate something like this.
Very sluggish. App frrezes as soon as it starts. And then again at the time of disconnection. Each time app needs to be closed and reopened. Poor download speeds 36kbps despite several written complaints from my ship.
application always glitching. Each 3rd time when necessary to access - it going to think. Many times requires to enter login and password (however it already kept in memory). plenty other undeveloped and stupid mistakes.
Can't use the app. It didn't work on my phone and most of the crew onboard. We only use the browser application such as Google Chrome. Useless application. Do something for this issues.
You have to keep signing in, it doesn't stay open to show the data you are using. Gets boring signing in all the time
Why always need to log in every 2 minutes, always ask to save password but every click the save password not filling automatically and need to input manually... Please update your app for convenience it need always to log in everytime I check my data consumption.
Doesn't allow to use saved password on Android 12 pixel phone. What's the point of having a app of you need to enter password everytime. Sadly Just using web version
App hangs out all the time. It doesn't want to connect or disconnect. Not a single day is passed without a problem...
Very good app...but please put refresh button on next update because mostly its showing that it is connected but no internet connection...I still need to click different button to refresh it sometimes showing DEVICE IS NOT READY
Please consider to put notification that you have been disconnected to the current server so that we dont waste time going to the app and check if we still connected or not. thanks.
Doesn't work with Xiaomi phones since March, as well as is not working properly through the web interface! Do something to fix this bug asap, please!
App is ok, but current update is not working for our vessel. Luckily I had the older version uploaded in the intranet.
Very glitchy, always having problem while connecting. Evwn after connection it shows error so unable to disconnect.
Always crashes Have repeatedly disconnect and connect to wifi to get the app working. Irritating Pls fix the bugs

you guys badley need to look into your app all the time log out automatically than what is the meaning of (Remember me) option either improve your app or remove that option i wll give 0 rating for this app
It keeps on disconnecting. You have to log in again everytime.
App stopped working after last update. Half of the crew who updated app is doomed. Please fix this .... now i can't run this app

Since the latest update the app is not working as before. Is opening different browser pages and create additional dialogs.
Won't connect at all ,just says application error ,worked fine on last phone downloaded for new one now nothing worse than useless
After update, the app stopped working. That happened with my friends too.

You've got the worst internet connection service with an app that has the most crashes in a day.
Completely useless, sometimes after I've connected to the WiFi I have to restart the app 10 times for it to switch on to the login screen. Massively frustrating.
