This has become an app of choice to store my crypto. It has a fast loading interface and the menu is intuitive and easy to understand. I was wondering if it had the option to backup my key. Luckily it is there and I feel secure using it. I see a lot of feature present here and I am everyday discovering something new about it.
Does look secure and easy to use. I do however have one major security issue exporting the private key safely. My understanding is by copying and pasting leaves a history of what has been copied and pasted - I'm assuming the history can be easily accessed by the hackers? I tried multiple attempts of creating a txt file on Samsung Notes, and it left a history of what I copied for me to delete in recycle bin. My issue here is what I delete can to easily recovered on my phone using certain software. I want to transfer the private key directly to my usb stick without leaving history. My solution so far is to careful write on a piece of paper.
My balance has suddenly vanished. There's no way to contact support. The so called support are telegram and other useless channels on this matter. I was really sympathizing xdc before this occurred and realized what a lack of professionalism and the hidden issues. I'll change my rating when I'll get my 3002 xdc balance back.
Absolutely horrible wallet. Installed Aug 21, ran fine and just opened android wallet in Dec 22. Could not access coins. Logged onto explorer and could see my coins and balance. Would not allow restore using private keys. Reloaded on an older tablet ok, web wallet also worked/access ok. Same day at 10 pm same problem, no access on old and new tablets and web wallet also failed. I dont know what the H is wrong but if I ever get access to coins again Im selling XDC immediately. Highly unreliable.
So far it's a nice wallet, little frustrating how it keeps asking me for my finger print Everytime I get out of a screen but I am sure as it is new this will improve. I don't see anywhere for phrases or personal info to be entered which also concerns me but I will be watching this development. Almost there team almost there. All the best.
So far, I just downloaded the app. The Interface seems quite flexible and easy to work with on like binance. I'm actually looking forward to this airdrop and what it brings to the table. As I continue to use, I'll probably post reviews as it pertains to the usefulness of the wallet generally. Good luck guys
Negatives: Pair exchanges temporarily unavailable alot of the time. Customer support is fast but a little vague. Support could take the extra minute or 2 to write a more detailed response, keeping in mind not everyone is up to speed with this technology and termonology yet. xdc wlet is still my.....

Lost ir stolen tokens! I installed this app on android and was asked to setup a passcode. I was never given an option to save or record a private key. I logged in a few times using the pass code. As soon as I transferred tokens to the wallet, I was suddenly unable to login. The only options I get when I launch the app now us Create a new wallet, or recover a wallet. Well since I never received my private keys, I have no way if logging in or retrieving an account without private keys! N

Pin used and then asks for a private key, which doesn't work. Unable to "prove" this is my account so tokens just sitting in the wallet and therefore I can not access them. The App is very basic and no customer service support for troubleshooting. Prefer hardware as this software has a long way before it arrives. So to speak. Hopefully some tech geek figures out a way to support people like me who own xdc but can't really access it. I was thinking of re investing and if I do I won't use this
Every transaction happens flawlessly thanks to the simple design! But there is still MUCH room for improvement!1- There is a bug that somehow still isn’t fixed. This bug makes blank page when log out. thanks
smooth and quick loading it works beautifully. Like the idea of securing my crypto with one pin. Also it lets you export private key and backup. This is an added plus. Works well for me highly recommended
I love the smoothness of this app, the user interface is extremely cool. The developers did a hell of an amazing job designing this masterpiece. I have other finance apps, but this one here, stands very tall amongst them. 5 star ratings for the awesomeness...highly recommended.
I lost over 10k tokens all due to this app. Customer service is non existent. Kept crashing only a week or two after I transferred my tokens. Redownloaded it after reading that would solve the problem and then of course I get locked out completely. Scam? Maybe. Be cautious.
Absolutely love this wallet. Rank it as one of the best experiences in using a simple yet of xdc blockchain. Love the design, the ease of maneuvering and ease of accessibility.
The wallet itself is nothing to shout about. The design is... well my son is 2 and he probably would get the same result if he was designing with his eyes closed. But I still gave it 3 stars because it works. *** Maybe add staking feature *** Would be better if you make it look better and swap xdce to xdc in the app. Just saying 😌
Looking good but I would change a few cosmetics regarding the main page (dashboard). The circle area is too big which makes navigation through different tokens not aesthetical
Be careful to not use the signout option if running this on a PC as a Bluestacks android application. For some bizarre reason it will delete your wallet and you will need to import it all again using the private keys recovery phrases (don't ever lose them). Just shut down bluestacks app our use the back arrow to get out of XDC Wallet rather than signing off.from inside the app. I wish there were other alternative wallets but so far have not found any. The other thing I don't like is that I can't have multiple wallets in the same app. I like to partition my XDC into different wallet addresses based on where I bought them from so I can track what exchanges I got them from for accounting/ purposes or if some exchange gets a bad wrap (like Binance) and I don't want to mix coins that come rom sites that are being monitored/investigated for money laundering etc. since your transactions will be subject to being "looked at" if they come from such sites. Was hoping Trust Wallet would support XDC since its a multi coin wallet that lets you have any number of all new wallet contexts under one large wallet (and only need 1 recovery pass words to reconstruct all subordinate wallets).
I'm sad to say I had an issue with this wallet and emailed them a good few times using the email provided above, I never received a reply and I gave them plenty of time ! The coin is iso20022 and will be used within the payment system however it's clear that holders of the coin have no importance. I waited but in the end I moved my funds to gaurda wallet. Zero points for customer service.
Been downloaded for a few hours now, and it still has not gone past the original screen with the blank page when log out. fix it please. overal UI is simole. fast, and light
This app needs an update, the tokens, coins do not show correctly on main page, you can not remove an asset and the qr scanner is temperamental to say the least.
Excellent experience, no trouble with any part of the app. And I have high trust in the security. and The layout is simple too.
The wallet has no place that I can find for support. The wallet is not updating the value. It has not changed in several days now. Needs attending to and for it to work consistently and accurately.
Does not update current value of account as price of XDC fluctuates. Im shocked & surprised that XINFIN would have such a basic/poor wallet. This after all is supposed to be the next generation blockchain. 😶
This is a very handy and Excellent app. I have experienced no issues, no lags. I also love the fact that it has fingerprint access.
Easy to use the app. Userinterface is fluent. We can easily track transactions & view our poetfolio. Uzing first time but feeling well & good.
Do not use this wallet! Just had all my Xdc dissapear poof gone. They were in there yesterday and today there is 0. There is no way anyone could have got my key. Also there are no recored transactions on the wallet you can't trace anything coming in or out! BEWARE
App is great when it works, my dashboard is brining up a zero balance when I open it. It should have 32,000 coins in it.It wont let me bring up my transactions history.
The apps works, but there is some need improvement. The circle in dashboard and the detail is too far from each other, plus the text is so shrinked. It will good if that text a little bit bigger and fix the position. Plus,you even didn't give a title to your app, when i press recent button, the title is "com.xdcwallet.mainActivity" instead "XDC Wallet". But keep it up!
