I don't understand why this app has been reviewed so low. It's amazing. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the GUI (it's not the best, could be streamlined) , but that's honestly just a nitpick. It works great, and it automatically detected my controller and mapped everything accordingly. It's wonderful.

Accurate and well-achived, but lacking documentation and confusing UI almost kill this app. There's one point of time that I can't properly save my game progress to the virtual memory card and I still don't know how to get around that. The app tend to remember the last time's BIOS/OS ROM and game disk ROM paths but the behaviour is somehow spotty, i.e. if you change those paths again, the app may or may not remember them when boots up the next time. real nice speed on the Galaxy S8. emulation is all proper. needs to allow controller support. the UI is too crowded to actually play games with precision. This app shows a lot of promise and is nearly the best PSX emulator for android (that's free). Settings you can edit are lacking. overall, this shows promise and I recommend it.

It's really good. My only and biggest issue is with the controllers, I wish I could control their layout, size, placement etc or even removing some so that I can profit from the screen. Right now I can't enjoy the game fully :/ hope you make an update with this feature, will be waiting. Thanks

@AEZ YT Okay, buddy, this is not the PlayStation 2 Emulator: DamonPS2. This is the PlayStation Emulator by Xebra. Big difference. I've used Xebra awhile back on the PC and just like any other PlayStation Emulator, it runs well. Eventually the guy behind Xebra doing it for Android will update it to a current build that's not so buggy. @Xebra Overall it is a solid 3.5* due to crashes and all, but I still see full potential in this project and continue to support you. 2 ** because emulator work ! 1st / how to operate ? from :setting open up and click on CD ROM images and load file or game. Easy ! 2nd con's : analog controls dont work, too many ads and i dont like all the other layout stuff on the screen . 3rd pros it does play games and thats it !

Runs smooth af on debug modes controls are responsive. Ads aren't as annoying as I thought.... But the layout is fooked in portrait and u can change the opacity on ur controls or move them around. Hide controll could be a slide bar and stay on screen.

Awesome PS1 emulator, very accurate, but most importantly works in tandem with PK201 for PocketStation support. Great! Just please add controller support and it's perfect. Go go Dr.!

A very good emulator! Also i heard pepole give 1 star reating for no reason. Maybe beacuse of they don't know how to set it up? I don't know, but anyways this is a very good emulator and its pretty easy to set up! And also i don't need a bios to get the emulator work! Very nice!

lack gui, but its costumizable as hell(dr.hell), a lot of parameter which is not easy to understand by newbies/beginers users (only working by expert / xebra emu pc users) , still not easiest to access configuration ".ini" file by international users (using jis font for pc), cannot change virtual gamepad opacity and how to bind the keys buttons for android x86 (unlike pc version) ? but its best accurate psx emu for android right now. PS: for pc user there are some guide by reddit and YouTube.

Fantastic emulator, almost no setup, and is the most accurate ps1 emulator around. Give me an option to purchase this to remove ads and its a perfect 5 stars

Yo this works. Skip feature you need to clear it out so the bar is blank do that by clicking on it. Load your iso from the .bin .cue file in settings. Start. Hit card for memory card. Save and load works. Other then that. It works just figuee it out.

Non 7z files are readable light weight and functions well just like $ epsxe app . Does have an understandable help section and was able to configure easily

What do you mean I have to connect this to a computer? I'm downloading this on my phone because I don't HAVE a computer. If I had a computer I would download emulators on my computer. Also ads? If you need the money put a price tag

Android 8.0. All directory paths broken. File browser broken. Cannot boot ISO files.

For anybody who can't play anything, do you have SCPH1001.bin installed? And do you have a good device of good small game? I hope this helps. Anyways this was the best emulator I've ever used, Dr.Hell, great job man!
