This app is good but doesn't solve the purpose. When DG is switch on, there should be an alarm option to alert the user. Sending notification doesn't help. Alarm will help to alert the user who can switch off unnecessary lights saving power on DG. Will give 5 star if this change is made. Pathetic app - I wish I could give it zero stars. Doesn't change promptly to red/green basis DG/Line working. There is always a lag. Don't know why is it used in societies.

The support is good. I was able to get the issue resolved with the help of their software team. The new update need to be installed with mobile data as sometimes Wi-Fi settings keep the cache intact and does not let this app update. So if anyone facing issue, try to update or reinstall the app using your mobile data. The reports section is working fine now with new update and is displaying the reports properly.

Just installed the latest version of the app and all the reports, charts and comparative analysis is working good. My request to all other customers, please be kind to the developers of this app, they're putting good amount of hard work fixing the issues. Sometimes there are issues with Android updates, which is not developer's fault but still they fix it for us. Kudos to the Xenius Sems team, you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work.

Today's update has a major bug....no graphs, charts or historical reports are available any more. They were all there till just before the app updated. The only visible change is the new scrolling banner that has been added. Kindly check.

Too many bugs and user experience is zero. Amateurish design, no friendly user experience, lot of internal functions doesn't works. After the latest update, some of the functions not even working . I have to manually depend on estate management teams for electricity details.

There is only one Option for Payment which is using PayTm. Apart from this, There is no option to use UPI, NetBanking or credit/debit card whatsoever. Since now PayTm started charging a convenience fee for every transaction. This need to be sorted out. Developers should add at least an UPI option for recharge. Editing after developers reply, pls confirm where is HDFC Bank Credit Card, NetBanking Options. I am not able to see this in the app.

It has been a pleasant experience with Xenius since buying the prepaid meters and using their Xenius sems application. It shows everything in the overview saction available balance, grid and dg real time consumption, daily and monthly electricy I use, sanction load and more. There are caupans, I can see electricy consumption reports, download bill, notification to remind us and more. I also appreciate designer and developer for using a great color combination and a nice and easy app.

Current applicable rates page shows nothing. It's a blank white screen. The app is updated so don't comment this. The wfii speed is 100Mbps so this should not be issue as well. Upgrade your app and fix the issue reported.

This is a good platform to see electricty daily consumption. However along with daily electricity consumption there are lots of other consumptions which amount get deducted from this app like : daily fixed charge, any penalty, maintenance charge, water charge. These charges does not reflect in this app. According to me, still this app is incomplete. Please do the needful.

Post last update, application is not showing correct data, most of the information is either blank or shows, error. Further it says use online payment service, but there's no payment gateway. Wish I could have an option to give negative star rating.

By Far the best app to completely visualise your electricity consumption data, either months/weekly/daily basis, also you can see the monthly report which shows electricity consumption per day in either Amount format or Unit format, also the recharge history is also available.. KUDOS to all the developers for such a brilliant piece of development, they added every kind of small little whichever needed by anyone. really appreciate the work.! 🙌👍😊

Recently upon a fresh install app it's creating 2 icons, I have uninstalled and installed again but still there are 2 icons. There was no such issue earlier. Also a direct recharge using the app would be more convenient.

From last two days we are not able to login.. It shows the message that Login Permissions Disabled... Please contact to your Facility Manager. Can anyone tell me what should I do and whom to approach..I did everything.. Uninstalled and installed again. No use.. share contact details or detail to start this app.

The daily usage log and monthly bar chart are not appearing for the last 2 weeks, can you pl fix it ASAP. Thanks team it is working once I updated and reinstalled the same and can see the bar charts.

Very useful and interactive app. Now I can see my daily energy consumption (Grid + DG) through graphs. Recharge option is very friendly and smooth with SMS alets and notifications. This app has made whole system transparent. All d best !! Keep it up !! 👍👍👍

The xenius prepaid meter app is working fine on my phone. Having a positive experience, it has reduced some stress from my life based on electricity. The app developing team is working good now there is no bugs in the app.

It was a good app. But the "report" function is not working after the recent update. Developer's response to comments on the subject is also wrong. The app is updated and the bug is not fixed. Will ask the society to discontinue this app in case this feature is not restored.

None of your notifications work - low balance (nvr have i got low balance update consequently i end up paying when experience power cut due to insufficient funds), grid or dg - nvr have i been able to understand if power is on grid or dg?, seriously a wasteful app. Unfortunately I donot have an alternative to it...

Worst app I've ever used. No recharge option available. Every time I try to recharge it asks for some stupid coupon number. What if I want to recharge my account online, no drop-down just a frozen screen.
