- Synchronize your music tags to MusicBrainz either automatically or by scanning barcode from your original CD (in your face, MediaMonkey)

- M3U
* and PLS handle local, HTTP, Subsonic, DLNA (UPnP) and SMB entries

- Player reacts to audio jack, incoming calls, respects Android audio focus and media button interfaces.

- Displays lyric via Lyrics Wiki.

- Minimalistic home screen widgets, currently 1x1, 4x1 and 4x2

- Respects .nomedia

- Most features working on Gingerbread (API 10), could probably be made to work on Froyo (they used to, but since all my friends migrated to GB I can't say if it is still working)

- Low end machines supported, working fluently on HTC Touch Pro2 (and that's a 528 Mhz CPU!). OK, not enough memory to display covers, but still usable.

- Sleep timer

- Voice commands

- Remote control via web interface

- Probably a lot more bits and pieces I forgot
- all this in one bundle!

Why re-invent the wheel? The features listed for this amp are excellent, if they work. But I don't know if they work or not because after 15 frustrating minutes of dealing with the instructional finger pointing at items that weren't there. I lost all interest in this app. If all these features were in a standard media player layout, that 99% of users are used to, then I'd donate to the cause. Read your app reviews and take a hint from them.

interesting ideas, different interface and usage. some interesting features. BUT the interface and usage is sooo confusing I wasn't able to do a lot of basic tasks. didn't make it past the tutorial.

Doesn't work with subsonic "couldn't open directory" while other apps connect without issue. Slide open menu is very difficult to trigger with the standard android back gesture, which is basically the same gesture. Can't prevent it from searching for device files as it just adds it back if removed.

Such a highly potential Subsonic client, yet I'm rating 1 star coz they're trying to be cool by reinventing the wheel and thereby fails miserably. App takes over the phone's master volume control setting it to MAX volume, forces you to plug into earphone mode for an unnecessarily lengthy and confusing tutorial, suddenly blasts your ear off with demo of local music WITH NOW WAY TO REDUCE VOLUME MANUALLY. SUCKADIK, DEVS.

Tries to be too clever. Can't get out of its own way. I had a hard time getting past the tutorial because it decided that we needed to hear everything at maximum volume and then disabled the physical volume buttons.

I don't know why I was actually using this app as main music app so long. User interface is some masochistic experience. Additionally it 'randomly' starts playing. I suspect it's somehow triggered when something happens on my notification bar. I don't know and I care no more.

Didn't make it passed the tutorial. Music started playing at max volume before the app teaches you how to control music and volume. Had to force stop the app to stop the music.

Another app with false claims . When the app scans for your music, it does not pick up your music.

Uh... What? This app didn't do anything it promised, and it's interface made me insane. I tried to get past that just to use it, but it didn't even work with any of the sources it claimed to. What gives? 😞

Volume is minimum 200percent and needs phone to be turned off to stop it

This used to be the best, but it seems to be broken now, with no updates in over a year. It used to be great, with a novel UI, but now I cannot get it to work reliably. In particular, some settings seem to have no effect, and often I cannot get the playlist to come up (the 3-dot menu just disappears) and when I do it sometimes will not play anything. It seems to make Viper behave strangely too, which works fine otherwise. It's too bad, I loved this one, but now I have to find something else.

The app is what we all desire :)

Buggy buggy buggy! Full of errors, won't save any chosen option or play any selected song... Rubbish!

Ell. B. May 9, 2018

Update this is beyond a doubt of all the hundreds, perhaps thousands of stupid music apps on the play store. The most moronic I only wish. I could slip the blue glove that covers 3 quarters of virtually every screen on this application onto my hand reach through the screen. And apply a very painful proctology examination to the developer. Thank you for absolutely nothin... This isn't a beta its vapor...xmelly vapor.

Works great, sometimes new versions break compatibility but the dev keeps working on it
