Oldschool xcom action but simplified enough to keep it casual. Menus are a tad confusing but everything works once you know how.

ok um this game is underrated just do skirmishes the campaign is confusing and doesnt really explain how to win and keep up with the aliens

Easy to play. Pace is slow, but good way to past the time.

1 of only 2 games which survived my previous purges of unused apps. Contains all the basics I needed for a stripped-down X-COM style game. Can save and continue later at any point of a commute or short time to fill. Restarting is not such a horrible fall in benefits from previous tech advances.

You too will find yourself shouting in rage at the game when your units manage to kill more of each other than aliens. This game is not Enemy Unknown, this game makes Enemy Unknown look like a walk in the park, with occasional stops to smell the flowers. This plays like the originals.

Classic XCom/UFO but condensed down to run on phone and tablet. You can play a single mission with variable parameters, or a more full featured game with bases on a geoscape. The dev has trimmed away the complex micromanagement of desktop XCom to make a game which is a perfect fit for mobile, not too simple and not at all tedious. Well thought out interface. Nice polygon graphics have a retro spirit like the original game. Very replayaable. Well worth the purchase.

I really, really like this game. Awsome work. It's simplified enough so it's fun to play and complex enough to keep things interesting. Plus i really like the graphics style ^_^ Just two little remarks. Do you think it would be possible to add confirm dialog for ending players turn, i keep pressing it by mistake when i want to pick up items ^_^; My bad, i know, but it would help a lot ^_^ Also, option to pause time in geo view would be nice, so i can leave a bus without fear what will happen while i don't pay attention ^_^ Thanks again for such awsome game.

Im not sure if people are comparing this to the original Xcom or the latest one not available on android, but all i know is this game is, for me, very boring. I brougt this trusting the reviews that it was like Xcom or as fun as. Aside from the turn based theme, scientists and other things by name, this has NONE of the appeal of the new Xcom. You dont make much cash from missions which makes it drag.Pure disappointment makes me give 1 star. They need to bring XCOM Enemy unknown to Android!!!!

I've only played one mission so far but this is an excellent remake of X-Com. I knew exactly what I was doing. If you've never played X-Com, try to give this a good run before dismissing it. It makes sense in a short amount of time and is worth getting to know it. Hopefully this game holds up but so far I'm happy. Love the graphic style, very simple and fitting for some reason.

Probably my most played game over the 12 months or so I have been had it. X com stripped back but without sacrificing the fun, or tension. One of the best android games.

Gives a X-COM sort of feel, especially when my poor soldiers get massacred. I'd guess it would be hard to pick up if you haven't played X-COM before, but it's given me hours of fun!

Good game with huge potential. But no improvements or updates since 2012. Would be happy to pay for a version 2. Devs wake up

Xenowar is just a lot of fun. The buttons are nice and big making it one of the easiest games to play on my small screen. The graphics are cute and clean but run on nearly any phone. The sounds are clear and bring the game to life. I just wish we could customize our soldiers! Give it a shot. Definitely the best XCOM like game you'll find on your phone.

What a great game. Brings me back some years to playing X-Com. The game plays very well and is worth the money. Very very addictive!

Just over 3 megs this game is just as frustratingly addictive as the original xcom from the 90's

It is impossible to restart this game without uninstalling. LAME! Otherwise the game is ok.
