My experience with this app was for the most part very pleasing, that was until I lost approximately UGX10,000 to a failed transaction. The customer care took years to respond, there was no helpful information in showing me what procedures to pertake in such situations, and it was so frustrating to go through all of it.I couldn't bring myself to make another transaction for fear that it may also suffer the same fate and with this being a very innovative and convenient app, please fix this.
its actually agood App especially when it comes to airtime delivery on time with no delays, but my worry is anyone can access my xente wallet buy airtime for him/her self. Put an option of setting up password or pin to make a transaction otherwise its agreat App😉
App is so slow.. I load airtime i expect to use It immediately. But when i use ur app to buy airtime it takes long to reach my line. Am done with ur services. Alert me when you improve otherwise its annoying
Bought Yaka tokens early in the morning and they never got sent. Had to try and call customer support which is only accessible through one office number didn't even pick up Very frustrating. I will give one star unless there are improvements.

Existing users: the doesn't offer an option to login for people who already had accounts. Keeps saying the email already exists but doesn't offer an option to login either
I have experimenting other Apps for awhile and i think this is better and more convient compared to apps like Pebuu. However i suggest add Lyca mobile data and other services. I guess i am here to stay its made my life easier. Thank You Xente
My favorite feature is being able to buy air time for a different network on another network. I really enjoy the Xente experience.
The receipt section is really bad. Doesn't show receipt number, no transaction i.d, no phone number. It makes follow-up more difficult incase of challenges during a transaction
This app can work for 4 weeks the another week stops! I can't add money to my account! And most of times when I go to mobile centre the requests don't reach! So pliz Mrs Lynn work on !! Earlier in 2019 and 2020 I rated it 5★ but now nolonger deliver as expected it 2!
The app needs more work. This is far from production ready. A 45% failure rate is unacceptable for an app in production. The idea is great; the execution is wanting.

Very conviniet app, well designed and works pretty well. I get loans almost on a daily from this app, the cheapest movie offerings in Uganda and all the coolest events.. and of course I get crazy cashback.
Experience was good before the new UI and update in general. Now the app keeps crashing constantly
This App is good however at certain points it doesn't work as it says like Sending money as Mobile Money and sending to bank and also full screen ads..Please check this
The charges are too exorbitant. I have used Africa pay and Chapchap merchant before someone suggested i try Xente. I thought the service is better but i cant pay electricity of 5000 and you charge 700, thats higher than all other payment apps in Uganda and we are very sensitive to prices

Names are not shown incase of buying airtime and visa card payments are unabled at moment. My wishes are if those two would be worked upon.

The app is not longer working for the past 2weeks. Even after the recent update, only keeps stopping

Today i hate this app i bought airtime at 3pm they didnt send t to my number then they topped it up on my xente app at 4 29pm. i have bought airtime again frm the xente app using my money they havent sent t Please work on your app
Does what it says. I use it to buy Airtel data and bundles using MTNmobile money and vice versa.
Tried to verify. Received email saying I'm verified but still not verified on the map. Also tried to deposit from mobile money, but unsuccessful
I updated the app 0n 4th and trying to sign in but it gives me an error of connectivity yet I have a solid Internet connection
Well it's a very helpful app however, my request for the premium service has been in review for close to a month now. Doesn't build confidence in the app. It would be nice if they engaged me on whether my request was approved or denied. If denied, they can outline to customers whY criteria they have to fit to be eligible for the premium service and what comes with it.
