very inconvenient, missing basic features. Cant even add shift START and FINISH time.. how hard it could be for your IT guys to add time calculator?? I saw some posts on web people have been requesting this from last year still they can't add such a basic feature..
App won't log in anymore since last update and just keeps saying "sorry, something went wrong" doesn't even work if I uninstall and reinstall it
This app never ever gives me a linking code from my employer. I have tried putting in my email accounts to get a password and I never get an email from the app makers. There is a very big error in the opening design of this app that needs to be repaired or changed. This app is currently not user friendly to use. I give it one star which should be three thumbs down.
Doesn't work. Have been trying to log in for days and it just keeps coming up with an error message. Unless.
the system is glitching and I can not use on mobile device. Yet I can't use the xero app I need to use this one. Please fix.
Update ruined it. I can even open it despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix this
If it's not broken, don't fix it. New design isn't really any more intuitive but everything takes longer to load since update - don't load a dog, load the content lol. Clockface is clunkier now that it's in 2hr increments. App is also twice the size now, not that it's a big app, it's just not gained any functionality in the process. I've reverted to the old version 2.17, might try v4 again later.

Not great for Android users. Can't request leave at all, no sign of whether things have been submitted or not, just doesn't work.
Great app really user friendly. However one big bug that's made me lose alot of pay in the past. 2 options for time and a half. 1. Time and a Half 2. Time and a half Option 1 is not actually time and a half at all. It's just regular pay. Option 2 is the actual time and a half. Consider me dissatisfied.
The only issue I have is that yesterday the app wouldn't open. It kept going to the Xero website instead (very weird), I uninstalled the app thinking I could reinstall from Google Play, but no. Google Play says the app is installed and doesn't give me an option to reinstall. So I had to send a text message to my employer to report my hours. Is there a way to fix this?
App does allow me to open a pdf of my payslip, allows download to Word only. This is a new problem for me. I reached out to the developer contact (no idea who else can help) but the email address listed below bounced- address not found). This has only happened since the latest so called upgrade. Help please?
Using as an employee and have found it to be practical and simple to use. One thing that I think would be extremely useful would be a note function in time sheets. If I need to add hours that are not included on my rota for example online training notes would a helpful communication tool between me and my employer.
Great system but two things are needed 1 have an option to set hours by time of day and 2 is to be able to look back into past time sheets to view what job the hours were for. Been using for a year now would just really like to see these two things put in somehow then I personally would rate 5 stars
Prior to the update I would have given it about 2 stars because it was slow and not very user friendly... now it looks nice and pretty but it's practically useless... it's slow loading up and slow in general... and can't download payslips.
Works fine. Putting in numbers for the time would be better and faster than the clock. The clock would only make sense if I was putting in my start and finish time, it makes no sense for putting in total hours worked.
User friendly until you buy a new phone and need to transfer it. Only vague instructions like disable 2sa without telling you how and no real help from technical support. Eventually got it when I logged in on the computer on the website and went onto account settings where there was a disable 2sa button. Only took 4 months to figure out.
For at least 9 months I have been unable to access my payslips through the app. I'm forced to log in on a desktop as a workaround. Even with the new app, it's still not fixed. It's extremely disappointing.
I find I cannot see any leave balances except annual leave. I've looked online and can't see it either. People that I work with who have Apple phones can see all the balances (annual, sick/carers, lone service). it's very annoying.
Lately this app was jumping all over the place. Could not log in. Very frustrating. Did not know how to fix. Telstra sorted. For days. All fixed now though. Had to uninstall. Much better.
Need to be able to enter start and finish times, and lunch breaks. You can't enter daily total hours of 7.6 onto a clockface so need to do calclations to come up with entering 7:36 on the clockface (when taking out an unpaid lunch break based on a 38hr working week). This is not user friendly when hours change, need to recalculate. Please fix this is most frustrating.
Nice, clean, and easy to use. Bit confusing when entering in your hours as it seems to default to a 24hr analogue clock but that's the only negatice thing I've sound so far.
Whole app just wigged out, couldn't open the app without it looping back to the pin/biometric unlock screen constantly. Uninstall/reinstall fixes it short term.
If I could give this a 0 star rating and just complain about it then I would, but sadly the minimum I can give is 1. Tried to log in, booted out for 15 minutes after my first attempt to log in. Nice one
There is an issue lodging BAS through Xero and they don't care, they just say to 'try another method with the ATO' but the ATO have moved to MyGovID and we aren't able to set that up, so lodging through Xero is our only option. COVID stimulus funding is being released in nine days and it relies on our BAS which we are unable to lodge. Xero don't care, the issue is over three weeks old and there is no ETA for a fix. They won't even waive a month of fees to give us a little break. Awful overpriced product with awful support, I can't wait to move to something else
Unable to even install the app. My phone tied to do an auto update on the old version and it wouldn't allow it so taking Google and Xero advise uninstalled and now have no was of accessing timesheets or submitting them to get paid. Please fix!
New update makes it impossible to login. It asks for login and password when it was previously happy with fingerprint. After login and password it wants the authenticator number but going to Authy and back forces Xero to ask for login and password again. Now the Android app is completely useless, it needs an urgent fix.
Previous version waspretty good, wasn't that fency looks wise, but working fantastic, new update is fency and good too, but too slow. Taking alot of time to open. And just loading. Please try if it can be fixed. Thanks.
Was working fine before but now seems to be stuck in a loop of error messages. I suspect a disgruntled employee broke it and then quit their job and now Xero is stuck. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still has the same issue.
