Couldn't get web based office 365 to print my documents, and when it did work it always had extra sheets for no reason. This lets me print from my chromebook by accessing the files through onedrive. convenient and works
12-7-21: Works for almost everything but sometimes pdf and jpg turn to ASCII on droid os10. Would like a custom page size setting. 3-1-22: -1Star Droid OS12. The pdf printing fails everytime now. Also is there a way to set default page size. It defaults to A4. I usually use letter and have to cancel and reprint after changing size.
Why can't a feature/function be added to reduce the page size or print to 1 page? I print an email which literally could easily fit on a page, I already turned off print history,.and yet the print is very, very large and has to print on 2 pages, why is that? If the email app (Spark in this case) brings up to print, why can't Xerox at least give you the option to print ALL to 2 page or reduce the size, hopefully that would shrink the waste of requiring 2 pages.
I own a Xerox B215 and I wanted to use this app for scanning. For printing it works ok, but when I try to add it to scan it says, that it's "Unable to connect to the device", yet for the printing service is connected. Very bad software support.
It's easy to use once you remember that you have to use it to print anything with. The default printer that it goes to on your device will not work, especially if you using wireless printing. It's a headache with Chromebook but you can print using Chromebook.
This is a fairly easy app to use. It would be nice if I could print from the application like PDF viewer or word or email instead of having to download it and then link to it in this app. But still it's an easy and great way to print using my phone.
amazing im printing directly from my phone and it was absolutely easy to set up. just downloaded the app accepted terms and conditions and i had my phone hooked up to the printer and was able to select it and that was all. just had to find my files to print
Disaster! Downloaded this to print from my phone directly to the printer. Messed around with it for a good 20 minutes. The printer although shown as active would not respond and the unlock function did not work also. Deleted straightaway. Useless.
Can no longer print locally to WorkCentre 3215 from Pixel 3 running latest version of stock Android (10). Used to use Xerox Print Service just fine, now that doesn't work and says the printer is no longer a supported model and to use this app instead. But when you try in this app it just says you must login first. I don't have an account to log into, and shouldn't need one. I want to print locally to my WorkCentre 3215 from my phone which used to work fine. Others having the same issue as well.
It doesn't print more than one job a day, a lot of pdf aren't printed. I've been trying to print again and again and again and everyday, one document works all the rest says 《completed》 but never anything goes out of the printer. It is impossible ...
This app is great. It does everything I need it to do except scan. You can instantly print pictures you just taken or documents that have been uploaded with ease. Very straightforward interface.
Takes a minute to remember you have to use it each time to print something but after that it's simple. But this will only work on tablets, laptops and PC's. And androids phones.wont print screenshots or from photo gallery but if you use a template through say canva, or avery then you print your pic or screenshots. Some official documents won't work either. I haven't found which app to use yet but I will update when I do
I connected my phone to the WiFi network, and the printer is wired. Both devices are on the same subnet, yet the app won't find it, even though I entered the IP address.
I really wish my work would've picked another printer company to do business with. Xerox has been nothing but headaches. Can never get it to print from our phones so unfortunately we spend a lot of time emailing docs. I have installed all the apps trying. HORRIBLE!
The app description is deceptive: it gives you an impression that you can print locally without being logged in to Xerox mumbo-jumbo. It does recognize your local printer (not protected by pins or anything), but refuses to print to it unless you log in to Xerox. Boo!
I can only get it to print one page and then it won't connect. Even if I print a 2 page doc only one will print. I have to uninstall and reinstall to do the process again. Not convenient at all, have yet to find a way to get it to work.
Ui looks like it's been developed 20 years ago and doesn't even work for my WorkCentre 3025 (when adding the printer by IP, i get a message that the printer doesn't support the PDF format (?!?!?!?!). Current phone: Black Shark 2. Yes, i've also tried using it on another phone. Xerox really needs to get out of the stone age...
Easy for printing documents using network. Not sure how to register account. Printing works and the app is far more smoother now than it was like an year ago.
It works one time and won't print anything afterwards. Completely waste of time. I don't understand the convenience of this app, when I spent more time to wait and wonder if my print is coming.
Works for the most part. There are some kinks with paper settings. Wish I could make those setting default so I dont have to chose 8.5X11 paper everytime I print.
Biggest waste of £609. Wish I'd never bought it. Never worked from day 1. Won't connect to anything. Won't print. Wont scan. Constant errors. My £30 inkjet printer out performs this piece of junk in every way.
Trying to set up my phone (BlackBerry Key2l Android 8.x) so I can print on WorkCentre 3025, but so far no luck. I know the printer works on iPhones, and it is very cool. I hope, there is a help for this. Thanks. P.
after download printed one document with no problem, after that, wouldn't work. error, printer is not available. btw, I have very good tech skills! reinstalled , new message. printer not responding. tried again today without reinstall and it printed. i did the same steps every time. xerox phaser 6022, Droid turbo 7.0
Xerox is the worst printer I have ever seen. I couldn't print anything with Android and Windows 7. İt could be a miracle if Android drivers could work. Why are Windows drivers too complex? İs it too difficult to prepare a driver program named xerox_5330_driver.exe? I tried "Web based printer driver", Xerox global print driver ... Didn't work. There is an inf file. How can users know to install inf driver file? Too complex and very unstable.. Linux drivers already don't work.
Great app, it supports various page sizes, which is very helpful with printing labels, etc. I would recommend to a friend.
Works quite well once you figure out how to use it. Took me a few printing tries from my mobile device to get the hang of it. It's extremely beneficial now.
Works perfect love it I thought it was not going to work using my cell phone but it only prints downloaded things from your phone just download the things you want to print then erase them later after very easy to use
I'd like to say this is a good app to use, but it won't let me choose a printer. It brings up the screen to add one then shuts it down bringing you to main screen. I've installed it at few times randomly and same things happens. I sent an email a month ago. Got a response then they stopped responding with no solution.... so ended up uninstalling the app.
