Love the Xert Android app! I have been using Xert to improve my cycling performance for the past two years, and I've seen great results. Even better than results I've had from other training programs. Also, the dynamic 'SMART' intervals are unlike than any other training program in the market. Highly recommend Xert if you train with power! I used an Ant+ stick to control Wahoo Kickr2 and powermatched to my Quarq PM, and it worked flawlessly.
Edit after latest update: audio cues are back! App is ok for workout use. BUT!!!!! Audio cues are gone during interval traning. Now I have to keep the phone screen on all the time since I don't use ERG. Bring back audio cues and I'll give 6 stars
Performed an initial power test through the app (speed reading far lower than it should). Then paired with 4iiii crank and now no matter which setup I configure I'm getting speeds between 70-120kph and constant high torque readings..
Download store version but does not start. Seemed like interesting app on the web but disappointed did not work for my phone. Hopefully you can work out the bugs I ll try it again in few months.
Love xert on PC and as a product in general. However the app on Android has no features. You can't add edit/add xss scores and when you view an activity it takes you to the website. It would be great to have a functional Android app.
Just installed. First login, app goes to "loading your fitness signature" then closes. Can't get past there . Pixel 2xl.
Here lately its been dropping , love the workouts , but very frustrating when limit on time and have to keep on restarting
Crashes often (1 star) Edit: Since update has so far been reliable. Good customer service by the Xert team helped resolve issues, upgrade review to 3 stars.
I like the current version better than the beta program as it still has bugs Pls keep the monthly fee this affordable, being on the other side of the world, our local currency's exchange rate means I pay around 50x our own money.

An excellent app, If you find yourself immersed into the xert world. I docked one star for the slightly convoluted user interface, the wildly different design principles compared to Android (I know it's for on-bike use, and it's on purpose), and for one technical issue: I connected my 4iiii precision pm (left only) via Bluetooth, and the power I get is double what I would've expected, confirmed by using my Garmin at the same time. Armando? Any advice? And no, I'm not knocking on the door of the Olympics team. UPDATE: 5-star now, after developer's response to my question, which resolved the issue.
Does something that no other software can do.
*UPDATED* Xert is the only app that I found that can connect to the Powertap P1 pedals using Bluetooth on my Nexus 6P and actually add up the power from both pedals! I compared with the readings from my ANT+ dongle on my PC in Tacx Trainer Software and they match. This is a great app that deserves 5 stars! The online analysis seems very nice too, but I didn't test that part very much yet.

Runs fine until the 2.0 update. Keeps crashing after the login screen. Update: exceptional service, a fix was delivered within 24 hours.

Xert is so mind-shifting that it makes you stop hoping for an app that will simply replicate the trusty old data fields on your favourite brand of gps unit. The version released on 23 June 2016 has noticeable reliability improvements.
Haven't used the app riding yet, but its very hard to navigate. Doesn't follow the Android Design Guidelines and doesn't have custom gear options (I run a 53/38 with an 11x23t). The Scan feature shows address names (ok for ANT) and not device names (for BT/BTLE). Other settings seem to be in metric when set to imperial. Just not user friendly at all. Also app just keeps closing randomly.
Fabulous. Just one suggestion. Allow it to detect shimano d fly unit for di2 gear info.

Since the last update the guided workouts don't seem to work properly. After an interval is completed the workout screen freezes only interval timer counts with minus values performed power freezes. I hope a fix is coming soon. Happened today 3rd time and also multiple times within a one hour training session. Android device works properly.
