Right now 1star for all your apps combined. Since Microsoft started using Rouge controllers it renders all security measures useless. Pissing in the wind. Not your fault, but you'll never keep Google or Microsoft out of anything. Not on my watch.

My data never shows. It always says there is a problem. Then the agent says they are billing only and cannot help. Why would the "help" send me to billing from mobile data page?? Completely messed up.

it does not work properly. Not all call and texts are recorded. and the customer service is horrible! I have had issues from the start and they have made empty promises to fix them. I have had an open ticket to resolve issues for over a year. missed calls show up as outgoing calls from. an Atlsnta comcast number. I dont use wi fi calling. There is not an option for a printable bill.

This app used to be great up until the latest update on the 7th. Now it shows in the billing option for call records that there are more messages than what is being showed. It shows there are 12 messages that have been sent/received but it actually only shows 9 numbers and on top of that the support keeps telling me there is nothing wrong and no issues. Horrible support when they tell the customer that they're wrong. Step up your service Xfinity or I'm going to have to go to another carrier

This is the worst service ever! You don't even have the ability to adjust the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail. Called CS and it refused to connect me to an agent. None of the fixes on google work and the application does not have a feature for this update. Xfinity Assistant doesn't work either. Help only seems to be available if you want to spend money.

At first no issues...was great. Recently...its nothing but a frustration...won't even load...so I cannot access my account to make changes or view data usage...between myself and my kids. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling...now it's stalled in the sign in...won't load. It's not just the mobile app either the Comcast/Xfinity app for internet and TV is having the same issue. So frustrating. And yes I have the update (newest version) for both.

App was great until they made "improvements"... Now it just doesn't show any accurate information In reply to the Developer response: Ummm ... updating the App to the latest version is when the problems started so not sure how this is helpful. For example, I can go in and look at my account and it shows 0 calls and 0 messages for both phones on the account regardless of how many calls or messages that were actually made/sent.

The main features are okay (see the account, devices registered, billing information). My biggest complaint is there is no way to get notifications when a device on my account passes a usage threshold. For example, if one of my kids starts racking up data usage. Neither on the website nor in the app is there a way to disable data usage, nor get a notification. If I log in and look for it, I can see it, but they won't notify me or give me any control. When I chatted with a representative, he seemed to think the feature existed in the app, but later conceded it looks like the information he was given about their own app doesn't match what I'm actually able to do on the app. Previous providers I've used far excelled over xfinity mobile in these regards, and for a family situation I think it may be a deal-breaker.

This app is ok. I came from Verizon and they allow you full service access to your account in the app. Xfinity mobile app is limited. I can't find an option to change from share data to unlimited data for both my phone's only share data or individual unlimited. I also don't see call blocking options. Had to download another app to do that job. I prefer to do as much as I can on the app before having to call the help desk. We'll see if there's any improvements in the future

The customer service is horrible. Having to deal with them is ridiculous and unhelpful. You have to go through chats, wait endlessly on the phone, and then are treated shortly and bounced around with no resolution. I give it four stars though because you get what you pay for. The services overall are cheap and the data is easy to change but the trade off is when you need help from customer service you will have a hell of a time getting it.

I switched to xfinity mobile 2mos. ago I must say I don't like the way the payment is set up. You don't give the Option to choose a one payment if want ir to make payment early like you have with xfinity cable and it is very difficult to understand what your paying for. Could you please change this and give an option. Some people like to pay their bills before the due date and be charged twice. I. old school. I asked for a refund I was told they do not give refunds so know I'm out $200.00.

Xfinity Mobile is pretty good but I don't like the way that they do things. I don't want to call customer service or text with customer service in order to make changes to my phone service. I don't like the automated payments. I wanted to pay extra on my bill and they told me that I couldn't make any extra payments on my OWN account nor pay early if I chose to pay my bill earlier than the due date. I don't like their International calling fees either. I have to pay per minute, to talk to my family, instead of being able to just pay an extra monthly fee for International calls as I did with my previous carrier.

The only part of the app that is functional is the first page it loads up. This has been an issue since Xfinity mobile started. It's horrible just like the customer service reps. Honestly I'd rather wait on hold to get some out sourced person to answer the home and not understand them then deal with this app. it's a waste of space on your phone just like comcast is a waste of time.

If I could give a negative star rating I would! This app is absolutely useless! The app wil not pull up my account at all. Has a constant error message. Even after speaking with someone on the phone, and being assured that it would be fixed within 24 hours, here it is two weeks later and still doesn’t work. Can't even go on website to get info! Waste of time and money!!! Switching back to former carrier!!!

Thia app is just one more thing Xfinity can't do well. The app won't connect to view my account and instead points you to use the Xfinity website, where you can't even make the payments for the mobile. It's like xfinity never heard of integrated services and consolidating paperless billing. Look in the app store, there are at least 100 Xfinity apps that done one thing, and poorly at that.

It was fine until last month when it wouldn't even let me view or pay my bill. Again this month it's still messed up. It's frustrating when I have to login and can't remember my stuff just to pay the bill when the whole point of the app.. is to stay logged in and pay the bill.

Worked great until there was an update I wasn't aware of - then I kept crashing, making my phone basically unusable! There should be a graceful update. I'm hoping by upgrading that the app (and basically my phone) will stop crashing. Update 11/11 - Still experiencing issues with the widget. It no longer works. :( But, at least the rest of my phone is usable.

(update thanks for listening! my data shows to the hundredth of a GB. there might be more but just noticed and had to update my review.)Works, simple basic easy to understand navigate. 2 improvements first smaller data measurements instead of .1gb tell me 93mb, second a data usage widget for iOS and Android. Other wise happy with app and service.

The service is very crappy. I'm sitting in my house and should be able to use my wifi when making a video call. The constant bs of an alert telling me to switch to mobile data because xfinity mobile can't handle the call is pure bs. Utterly ridiculous why should I use data when I don't need to. I've never had this problem before with my previous carrier. The only differnece is xfinity has reasonable prices.

I upgraded to the s22 ultra and this thing is not working, it not signing in to my account because I get a notice some thing went wrong trying again in a few minutes, a day later I got this same notice when I tried over and over again... Yet, other family members were able to sign in on their iPhone and I stuff... Should get this mess up patch fixed...

As some people have described, xfinity app started turning off wifi in the background without notifying the users. I have Samsung S9. Xfinity says it's a known issue between latest samsung firmware and xfinity app. While I understand bugs and issues happen, this is somewhat sensitive one because the bug results the cellular bills go up! While customers can wait for the fix, what would you do for the surcharge generated due to this issue? Should customers pay for it?

This app has a very short life span. It requires you to spend countless hours on the Xfinity Mobile phone number trying to get it working again. Meanwhile, you may loose other Xfinity services as employees deny that there's a problem. I wish you luck with Xfinity. I think the saying, the more things change the more they stay the same.

I have had the mobile service since November, even though I'm happy with the phone service itself this app stopped working in February and I have called several times and nobody can help me. I used the app quite a bit and I feel like I should have it since it comes with the service but we can't get it to work. Very aggrivated to say the least! Xfinity help please!

i should be able to see more detail for data use. the app only indicates that data is being used within the billing cycle. i would like to be able to see what day and time the data was actually accrued. @Matt Steigers re: ghost device - i know what you mean! i think, lol. i took a screenshot of the system status notification indicating "your device is now ready to use". i've seen it twice.
