Very challenging to set up multiple times on Parental Controls to turn off computers. App says sometimes that it's paused and it's not and v.v. Locked both of us out before and had to go through Herculean efforts to get it functioning again. Can't find the place to check the amount of data used...I'll stop here.

Going on 4 months with internet problems that they cant seem to fix. So they sent me the flex insisting the issue was my Roku device. I received it, installed it, and still have the issue. This whole situation makes me want to look at other options for internet. I am a streamer and pay the higher price for faster better quality, I dont have time for these issues.

The Worst App Ever!!!!! I get to use the app one time after downloading, if I'm lucky! After that "Error" - "Try Again" - "We're sorry, we weren't able to connect." I have to unistall the app and reinstall the app every time I use it. It's ridiculous! Because, It's how I pay my bill, check on my account or can do anything with my account. If I'm not in a position to re-download the app everytime I use it, I can't access it. Unbelievable, Other than the roof over my head, this is my highest bill!

Horrible! Everytime I try to open the app, it gives me an error mesaage "sorry unable to connect, try again" I have been trying since yesterday. I moved and transfered my service and need my equipment activated. When I call, it tells me I have to activate it through the app!!! Can't even do that cause the app won't even open!

Very poor interaction on this app. The xfinity assistant is just a way to not resolve costumer issues while pretending to want to know the issues. I can't even see the prompt to see channel locks and all that but supposedly my HBO max subscription has an error because I changed my password and u can't fix it. This is the worst company ever. You can't get a live agent on phone. Total scam of a company.

Continue to get the error that won't let me sign in to my account. Even after changing password like Tech Support instructed, I am still not able to sign in. Trying to uninstall and reinstall the app and hoping it will work.. Update: It finally worked after reinstalling. Features are pretty bare-bones

The app won't allow me to access my account for anything. It goes into a loop for a bit then returns an error then shuts down entirely. It used to work & now it doesn't. When it did work it was great for resetting my modem which seemed to happen too often but is much better now. Still would love for this app to work again for that as well as to access my account. Thank you.

The app is trash. It never works. Always has"Error" (at top left corner), "Done" (at top right corner), a yellow circle and inside itself is a cloud with a single lightening bolt, a message, Try again, and sign out. For a paying customer this is highly annoying and I have to jump through hoops just to try and log in. Also, don't have service established at any other service address....the system NEVER filters that info out and after every log in you have to verify the address/account.

I would not touch xfinity with a 10 foot pole if it wasn't literally the only option. I live in the middle of a well populated town but funny enough how the local ISPs have hard boundaries that don't overlap. Proof that lack of competition means you don't need to even attempt to provide competent service. Constant app crashes, insanely awful speeds despite being the highest the has to offer while being the only person online, I guess I should be thankful they haven't broken into my house. Yet.

There is a local outage, but rather than showing it, the apps outage map shows everything is good and tells me to reset my modem. Apparently, Comcast would prefer old people spend their time going up and down stairs to reset modems, rather than actually admitting that the outage is with Comcast, not my modem.

This app is designed to make you late on your payment. Literally the only utility app that never works to make payments. OVER A YEAR LATER, and still logs you out with every update, among a myriad of other issues. Utility companies can't seem to hire good programmers. ** Another year later and the app still full of amateur bugs. I've never, ever, ever logged out...but here I am stuck in a login loop again because a bug won't allow you to enter password after username.

Almost useless. Neither Xfinity apps I have seen to be able to connect to my functioning modem. Wifi is on but my apps don't think so, can hardly login successfully and so far for me these apps have given me no answers and no help at all with anything.

I rarely have issues with my service. I do have them reset my modem every month so it can do updates. I have the highest speed possible. I love Flex TV. One negative issue is I do hate the automated operator on the phone.

Works half of the time and then it kicks you off eventually and then you have to start all over you have to go through three different apps just to set it up and if you can't remember your password no problem you can go through four different apps again set up your password I'm done with this

Needs update. Everytime I load the app it makes me login again. Try Again does nothing. Really irritating that the only app that I have issues with is the account app. The streaming app and Xfinity wifi apps work as they should. How does your accounts app NOT WORK?

Comcast is horrible, I'm paying for 100mbps, getting only 50. Comcast is great at gaslighting customers. There is a constant wheel trying to connect to the internet, every 2 minutes makes watching TV awful. Comcast wants you and me to purchase more Mbps and a higher cost. I will find another internet provider soon I hope

Horrible! In store critizeded 800#. In store took up 2 hours of my time to program new phone. I still have to wait 30 days to determine if I'm in the correct plan. I was with Metro over 10 years. This (Xfinity) has not been a pleasant experience. If another incident occurs I'll have to try another courier. The 800# at least gave me a $60 credit. Never had that before! Your ppl need to support each other, it's all 1 Team! You should also offer plans for senior citizens. TV use to be free!!!

This app doesn't have any of my account information I need. It has issues calling up billing and payment information 100% of the time. I have a message "here's your order confirmation" but nothing happens when I tap it. What did I order? How much did it cost? What is the order or confirmation number? It's just a waste of storage space.

They really hosed the latest update. After the latest update (late January 2022, around 1/24), the app no longer works when the device (mobile phone) is on a non-Comcast wireless network (e.g. LTE, etc); it will immediately crashes. It will open only when the device is on Comcast home Wi-Fi. Furthermore, even when the device is on Comcast home Wi-Fi, the app keeps reporting that the Comcast-supplied modem/router combo is "having issues"even though the modem/router combo was fully operational.

Worst app I've ever had to navigate an 90% of the time it tells you that you aren't even on the app. If xfinity had any real competition in my area I would swap in a heartbeat. Most functions are rerouted to web pages and are rarely ever resolved through the app usage. If I could give a quarter of a star I would.

Xfinity also goes by com cast will add plans and upgrades for for their customers anytime but be a outstanding customer for 3 years never miss or have a late payment but denied for wanting to add a 2nd line and make payments on a cellphone that only total price for the bill is 48 dollars per month yet in the same breath try to sell you more internet Plans for alot more money no problem but have a good customer make payments for two phones at he same time no chance even though the internet

Most of the time it's easier to talk to an agent. The computerized is gibberish to me. And a waist of my time. The rewards should be for us older age folks too. Not just the young crowd. And I have been very lucky that 95% of agents l spoke to were helpful and kind like Albert, and a wan Sue took those extra steps to help me. So thanks you two. All of you thank you so very much. P.S. please put my bill in a language I can understand and speak. it has been almost.

For some reason the app crashes seconds after opening it. Have tried many different solutions including restarting my phone. The only way ive seen fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And even that only works for a short time. Fix the goddamn app Xfinity. Especially if youre going to tell your customers over the phone to download it..

Most times you try to log in and it doesn't work and now they want to move all the xFi settings to it. Terrible app just like the Xfinity TV app.
