This is hands down the worst app I've ever used to keep track of a billing account. I truly thought I was just having bad luck with it just not working for me but CLEARLY everyone is having the same issue. Blank screen with buttons to switch to other blank screens. All I want to do is just view my Xfinity bill and pay it. But no, you have to go through hurdles. I prefer not to deal with calling in just to do a simple payment but they leave us with no option. FIX THE APP!! Zero stars

The internet itself is great and rarely goes out. However this app does NOT work hardly at all. It keeps taking me to a blank screen when I click on refill my service and then doesn't do anything after that!!! You would think the app would be more user friendly but it's not!! And your website sucks too because it does the exact same thing. If this doesn't get corrected, then I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.

This app should 100% shame xfinity for their lack of concern for those of us using their service. I, like everyone else, cannot see anything but a blank screen with buttons on the bottom to switch between more blank pages. My router went down, I've tried to reset it by unplugging it because I can't even do it on the app. Nothing still. This runs the SECURITY ON MY HOUSE. Then I notice that there are tons of people with the same problem and this app was last updated in AUG OF 2020. DISGRACEFUL.

POS doesn't work. I used to be able to pay my bill on here just fine then outta nowhere it just stopped working. It force closes as soon as I click on the app. I've been paying my bill online for a few months now; there are more features and it's quick and easy. Comcast should create a new payment app based on the functionality of their website. I just wanted to check back on this app before I un-install it, but it's still just wasted space on my phone so it's gone.

Hello, currently I've had this prepaid service for almost two years and I would like to say that the tech team has some serious work cut out for them. 1. The app gives you problems with paying the bill. 2. The connection is constantly failing. 3. Having even the best wifi booster, your signal could fail and or still be slow. It's almost time to look for a service provider if this keeps happening.

Fix the problems people are repeatedly posting on your reviews! The app is in a constant state of loading. It used to work now it's just a pile of junk taking up space on our phones. This has been happening for months now. Of course the refill page works on it though... Not surprising that Xfinity would make the page where they take your money work correctly!

The app was good at first but now I can't access any of the menus because it's in a constant state of loading with the circular loading sign and I can't pay my bill using the app anymore. I can't see my balance anymore. I can't do anything so basically this app amounts to a digital paper weight that is taking up space on my phone and it needs an update. How can I tell? Well if you try to go to the settings section it shows a bunch of HTML gibberish at the top of the screen. Get it together.

Purchased prepaid due to the Stay At Home orders. Initially, it worked fine accessing the application and paying to pay my monthly bill. Fast forward since July or August I haven't been able to access or open the app to pay my monthly bill. I've tried numerous times and no success. I now wait for the text or email to make my monthly payment. The app is not user-friendly and convenient anymore.

Garbage app. Used to work fine, but I haven't been able to log into it for months because it either keeps spinning and refusing to accept my credentials or throws an error saying "whoops we have a problem on our end" and advising me to contact customer service. That's a useless effort, because they don't know what's going on either or when it'll be fixed.

I installed this app a few years back, and it was great for making my payments each month. Now I can't make payments or anything else which now forces me, and from what I've read, to either go to the website or call in a payment. Like others who have left reviews I get a blank screen when I open the app and can't even get anything to work. I've also signed up for automatic payments to be taken out of my bank account but that only happened once and that was back in November 2018. Fix your App and fix your site cause I'm not the only person who now has a useless app.

This app is just as useless as the Xfinity prepaid website. When I try to sign in, it keeps saying my password is incorrect when I know for a fact it's not. I've reset my password twice. It acts like it's going to let me login but just spins then I get an error message saying the website is down, but I have the option to call a number. I call the number and it says the only way to refill my service is to use the automated voice. The automated voice never asks me if I wanted to refill my service!

Ever since they changed the log in credentials months ago, this app doesn't even load. It loads to a blank screen and you can't refill or anything. I've waited months and reinstalled and all that and still nothing. This is on the Galaxy Note 10+ so shouldn't be old software or anything like that. Please make an app that functions.

Got a new phone, and this won't work on it at all. App keeps closing suddenly. November 2020: I decided to try this again since trying to save a web browser wasn't working and was tired of trying to go to the website constantly. Now it works on my phone again! Everyone who had problems in the past after changing phones/an update, give it another go to see if their improvements made a difference! I'm glad to have my convenience back! May 2021 Got a new phone, app won't work again closing out :/

This app is junk. It never loads then if it does load it takes forever and you get a blank screen with no way to use it. I call customer service and they said we're trying to fix it... it's been like a year now and they're still trying to fix the same problems they've had forever now. Xfinity please hire me to be a lazy tech person that gets big bucks to do absolutely nothing

Don't try the login button! Click create new account instead! Yes, it will actually log you in and then most of the app is functional but there is one menu which is just text only and is broke. Other links in this app are literally broken, they do nothing

The app is extremely annoying. Every time I log into the app it tells me that my account is not linked with Xfinity ID and gives me the option to link it. If I change the screen drom the dashboard to the activate screen the same thing pops up about linking it to Xfinity ID. It would be nice if once I link it that it stays linked. It tells me that I am a secondary user and that I am restricted from being able to see my account. The Xfinity stream app doesn't work for me either.

I've had nothing but issues with this app since I got the service! and a phone call to their foreign idiots from India or wherever does is get me telling these people the same thing over and over again, and all they suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried that several hundred times at least, and it doesn't work!

This app has always been sub-par at best for the past 2 years I've had xfinity prepaid. Now it just won't work at all! And its a huge problem going by all the reviews.. the easiest way to pay has been down for over a month and isn't being fixed. Verizon here i come! Horrible business with equally horrible customer service! Save yourself the aggravation and go Verizon people!! Faster speed for the same $$!!

I hate that I even have to use this app. It's constantly in a state of loading, even if the page is fully loaded, i can't reset my modem or do anything else for that matter....yet they can manage to still take me to the neccessary page to refill my services. I can never get the website to load correctly either so i guess my expectations shouldn't have been high for the app. I'm entirely convinced that Xfinity allows this subpar service to get people to buy their premium services.... pathetic.

I was able to use the app & pay my bill for the longest. These past couple of months the app SUCKS. I can't even open the app anymore so I have to call & make my payment thru the automated system. Super inconvenient & upsetting. Xfinity makes more than enough money to be able to have an app that works smh.

The people are trying hard to help, some better than others: but it beats not having them.English is lacking a bit.They do "frezze" it seems in certain situstions:The English language is different as far as tec past & present sorta slang and it's sometimes more difficult to learn the English language. 1 star is a mistake it wont let me remove it. I give it zero stars! None of the xfinity apps work. It makes me login constantly, i cant do anything except pay the bill. It redirects you to the internet and the links to the xfinity apps are http instead of the secure https! The app constantly tell me i have to activate my service when its already active. Its pointless

Signal will not connect to any of my devices. Called them about 5 or 6 times, they never suggested that a technician come out but kept telling me to unplug/plug it back up after a few seconds. Claims that all my devices are bad. Finally referred me to the modem manufacturer, they said that they don't service this model anymore. Asked if someone could come out and check connection, they said no because it shows on their end that service is working. Sending them their modem back for a refund.

Would be 5 stars but not since the screw up. I'm only giving you 3 stars. I didn't have a problem with this app or Xfinity untill I went to pay my bill as always do. I log on the app pay my internet and for my channels no problems. This month it charged me twice for internet. So I'm paid up two months for internet and no channels. Can't find a number to call the prepaid service for them to fix it. It's not my fault it's there's. Kinda making me rethink about my service now. 🤔

Update: Now the website and automated refill service are not working either. The website referred me to a phone number and the automated service referred me to a person. All the person, Paul, wanted to do was transfer me back to the automated service even after I explained it wasn't working. The app has never worked for me but for maybe a month or two and I've had the service for almost a year. It's time to start looking for another service, again.

This app is decent enough, but it could be upgraded, have a new look and refine its access to your experience. As far as manageability, it's pretty good. But again, it's 2021, and with covid and since more people are staying home, it should be upgraded.

This app hasn't worked since January 2020. You seriously need to update it and also I don't think it's right to make a router I own a Xfinity hotspot! I should be able to control my router settings and be able to reset my router when it's acting up and not have to CALL you all unless it's something I can't fix!!!

Updated ... had for a year, problem with it for months now. Recently they updated everything, have to go to the website. Create a new account, delete the pre-existing app and redownloading. logging in with your new account. So far so good, we will see. And the whole layout has changed.

App wont load...and if you to to xfinity prepaid com you just get runaround. Spoke with 2 agents on phone and 3 via chat and still no help or results. If this service wasnt so affordable I'd dump it. Best thing that could come along is another company with prepaid internet. Customer service and automated phone systems really lack ability to actually help. Keep telling me same thing and not fixing problem. Have had this service for 6 months with no issue and suddenly the app doesnt work??!!

This app is complete trash.. every time I try to look at something for my account I get a "whoops something went wrong" call xfinity prepaid or return to the dashboard. Click on return to dashboard and continuously get that same message
