XiiaLive™ - Internet Radio

Absolutely the best music steaming app, in my opinion. Limited commercial breaks even on the free version. Sound quality is amazing. Doesn't take up much memory. Doesn't chew through data. I need to get the paid version! The only issue I have is the equalizer, it's the same everywhere though, making any adjustment just makes it worse than just leaving it off. Let your audio system you're using take care of that.

I changed my 5 star rating to 1 because it started out with non obtrusive ads and my station came in clearly. They asked for a rating and I happily gave 5 stars, right after I gave the rating I began to get FULL PAGE ads which knocked my talk station out and many times I couldn't get it on again. I used it while walking my dog while it was dark with his leash in one hand, flashlight in other and it was very hard to try to get the full page ad off and get my station back again. Very often I couldn't get my station back at all and if I did I would have to go through the whole thing with the full page ad again. Couldn't afford to pay for it so that was my experience. Uninstalling and looking for something else.

I'm not impressed anymore. I would deal with a number of issues like the fact that it would run in the background and my phone would warn me of high power consumption. Or the fact that I would always have to go into settings to make sure that it wouldn't shut it off in a few minutes when it went into sleep but that's an Android issue more than the app. But it appears this week that no more iHeart talk streams will play through this so I had to go back to the iHeart app. Nice knowing you

Great app! I was getting tired of listening to the same sound to wake me up when I found this app. From then on, less frustration when I need to wake up since the radio station I set plays different song everyday. However, the alarm clock function has not been working these few days. I was late for my job amd had to set another backup alarm clock.

The app itself is the best internet radio app I've used with the exception of TuneIn. TuneIn has more of the stations I'm looking for and the interface is a little easier to use. XiiaLive's interface is good enough. The app is very stable overall, and it shows associated metadata (artists, songs, etc.) more reliable than TuneIn

I enjoy listening to the Catholic stations, foreign language stations, classical & other music. The app shows me how much data each station uses so I can adjust my listening based on my phone's data plan. I can search for stations or artistes. However, a few station names are not displayed when listening to them.

it's one of the nicer ones I found for my car's head unit. however, it messes up everything. when i play it, my car radio also plays. when i play youtube, my car radio also plays. when i uninstalled this, that problem also disappeared. sad, but i guess i won't be using this anymore.

Simply amazing radio music app. Displays the bit rate of radio stations which is great for conserving data while retaining good sound quality (use 48kbps AAC) Beautiful dark theme and the best user interface out there in my opinion. Very polished. Easily one of my favourite apps period. Amazing job dev, I bougut the emergency services add on.

I at first thought this was something to rivalagainst Google Play & YouTube Music services, but this is truly something entirely different. This app taps into worldwide radio stations scanning for whatever song you're looking for among other things. A music app must for today.

Super layout. Clean one of the best I've come across. Fee £4.49 for Pro option very good value as one off to get rid banner ads. Bit rate visible which is excellent. Reason for only 4 stars is the stream / bit rate provided is not always best quality available.

I wish they would update this app for the newer operating systems, it crashes a lot. This used to be a very solid app and I still enjoy it except for the crashes. You would think such a highly rated app would have support.

Really pleased with XiiaLive. I found it after reading some web reviews that recommended it. I tried a few apps in that process and found that XiiaLive was the best for me. I have been using it for a few weeks now. The app is great, stable and working well, providing all the radio streams I wanted and more. The app design and look are suiting me perfectly. Customisation options are a nice bonus. 5 stars product.

Have been using it for years but it suddenly stopped working. Even changing the volume no longer works. Looks like this app has been abandoned by the developer as it has had no updates for years, so an Android update probably broke it.

Excellent app. I have using this for 5 years now. Need a help. In my new Samsung M40 Android phone, the alarm I have set up is not working. Radio is not playing when the alarm setup time ticks. Can you please help me out?

For some reason this app shuts off as soon as the screen shuts off. I have gone through all the settings. The only solution appears to set your phone to have the screen always on which it's a complete waste of battery.

I downloaded long years ago, loved it an works great.. whoever developed this app let it go after a year, there is no updates or anything to keep this going for over a few years now, all the function and feathers don't work properly because the NEW Android version and updated

My go to app for radio. All my local stations are here unlike TuneIn and 5 minute rewind gives my extra time to hear my favorite songs plus all songs are saved in case i want to download from another source. EXCELLENT!!😀

Great for over 1.5y as I use it was top notch would love to give 5 stars but lately is plagued with ads you CAN'T skip. There is X to quit add at least you think you will but it redirect you to add page and Not allow you to skip back for some time. Super annoying so 1 star.

I'm a simple user. I needed 5 specific radio stations on one app. I wanted an easy search under different categories, and I didn't want those full page ads that completely take over your full screen. I just wish I could pronounce Xiia so I could recommend to everone.

Doesn't work as good as it used to. Most of the stations won't load anymore no matter how many times you try, playlist empty constantly. Disappointed because this was a got app nothing else appealed to me.

I tried to close the app by swiping it away but it kept showing up in the notification area I actually had to force close the app to get it to stop using the media server system and draining my battery even though I wasn't using it at the time.

was great with a brilliant UI but it stopped supporting my favourite stations. Also as it does not use android intents properly the app will silence the audio when another audio starts however will not restart audio if other one stops. Such a pity however a total waste now.
