Edit 10/15/2022: manually installed older version of app, which worked. Auto updated (despite setting it not to), and new version works again, but way buggier Edit: 10/2/2021 app has stopped working. Now crashes on open. Pros: - App works on both android and ios. - doorbell notifications are prompt - garage door opener feature is unique and works to control gate access Cons: doorbell chime on open. Doesn't work on 32 bit android phones / tablets. developer does not respond. Slow loading of video

no updates in over a year! no custom motion zones and to to it off constantly crashing on my Android phone. works ok on Apple.

Having issues and app crashes on open. Have contacted company. Will update when fixed.

Broken more than it works When it was working I could see someone walking away from the door despite sensitivity. Have missed service people because it doesn't work. Save your money. Mine is hitting the trash

This particular device for some reason keeps crashing I have two devises one has no problem but the other keeps crashing when it does work on playback it goes dark within 15 sec into the playback. I find getting answers from customer service is lacking and needs improvement to satisfy their clients.

It's terrible with no support. If you lose connection you'll go in circles trying to reconnect only to receive a error message that it's already registered. You're limited on what can be done to troubleshoot and it says there's a new firmware but you can't update it. No status notification to let you know if it's updating or not.. It's useless.

Once i gave microphone permissions, app worked like a charm with no issues. Installation and connecting to my doorbell was plug and play on my Galaxy S8!only 4 stars until customizable motion ALERT zones are enabled...

Had some initial bugs. After notifying developer of problem an update was performed and it has worked fine ever since.

Can't rate a zero. Totally non functional, won't even load up past the initial screen. Works ok on my wife's iPhone, but a bit clunky from what I can see. At least it works for her though, or I would immediate return the product. Google Pixel G1.

The first unit i bought worked for three days, until the summer sun beamed directly on it. Then it booted and rebooted repeatedly, until it just stopped working altogether. The replacement i was sent worked great for two weeks until the power went out in our home. The doorbell never worked again. Don't waste your money on this, unless you want to be thoroughly frustrated like the rest of us. This is going in the trash!
