Has been using this software many year ago since I move in new house, sometimes will face connection issues but was able to solve very soon. But now it was totally unable to connect when I out from my home. Even connected with same WiFi also unable to load live videos. Support pls help on it.
Everytime I go to look at my cctv using this app it takes 10mins to load then freezes for 10mins then goes blank so have to close and reopen it to then do the same process over and over again it's easier for me to just walk into the room I have the setup in and switch the screen on then to mess about with this it's not practical for me to not be able to use it when not at home could someone sort it out
It was great before the ads, is more and more of it... and until I had to agree to the service and privacy policy EVERY TIME I open the app 🤦♀️ Seriously, your reply... It's not like we all are stupid and don't know how to close the advertisement or accept the privicy policy... It's the thing that we have to do it every time we open the app!
Adds....stop enabling them. I paid for an expensive security camera system that comes with this app. Every time I turn around you enable the stupid adds. Stop! Otherwise the app is good and works as designed.
Never been the fastest app in the first place to access your cctv. Now it's even slower and clunky, takes an even lot longer to load and view your cctv , now they've set ads as default in the settings making it even slower and at times unusable on a slow Internet connection.
Connects to my bird box camera first time works perfectly. I recently bought an NVR so I could record video and XMEye found and configured that too. I have tried other apps but most are inconsistent. This one just works! Thank you 😊
Have been using for 2 years. Now having difficulty connecting. Not able to playback. Solved immediately when I emailed them.
Because you have ads. I didn't pay for a $500 dollar system for ads. Your app should have zero ads. You want more revenue then you are worth.
Rubbish, doesn't show the picture most of the time. Absolutely useless there is no point using this app. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Here is a good lesson why you should switch off auto updates on the store and manually choose which apps to update, then you get to see feedback by others for new versions before deciding to install or not, newer isn't always better. I still have old v1.6.1.80 version and it work very well. No adverts, reliable access to my DVR and good playback. Of course I would like enhancements, but I don't need them at the expense of normal good function.
Speedy and simple, does exactly what I need. Ads can be turned off!
Last day i try to recover password. I use forget password option. I entered my registered email id to get code but I can't get any code on My email account. Now I'm unable to login.
Nice app but instead making it nicer developer on 1.6.3.1 .ver made.it with adds .Make dark mode,give some crucial settings more control settings in app would Make it 5 star.I like this app don't mess it please.Dark Mode will make it LOVELY
Having problem with playback. Not able to view. Connection very slow
App not connecting to cameras after last update... Any suggestions? Or how can I go back to previous update?
Great when it was working but after update I can't login now it's totally useless

Software is great does what it needs to do really well been using it for a few years now and it is perfect. But since yesterday when i try and open the app the app pops up and then slides to the right and disappears, you can see it in the running apps and swap to it but it will automatically slide to the right and disappear if you could fix it will be great
I see a lot of negativity about this app but i have only positivity! We all have different needs and this app definately fulfills mine. Works perfectly every time and this is the only app that has worked outside of my WIFI LAN, straight out of the box. I don't know how it does it, when all of my other camera apps don't... but this one does! If i was to suggest an improvement, it would be to allow notifications of movement(sent to my email) within the cameras field of view and also to allow me to specify which fields of view are important. Which i would happily pay for...it's time to make a pro version!
Had this app for a good few years now and since the last update ads appear! Damnd annoying when you need to access your cameras quickly(the whole point of remote viewing). The software is slow anyway so adding ads is a joke. For some reason the app turns the screen brightness to full which is also useless(especially at night time). Don't try and fix what isn't great but isn't broke! I'm now looking for a better viewer. I didn't think this setup could get worse, guess what! Why not pay for app?
The application should be modernized to support the latest phones with higher aspect ratio screens. In a OnePlus 6T, the camera image is suuuuper stretched in landscspe view! We need an option to force 4:3 and 16:9. Also, since version 6.0.2., the app crashes quite too often for no apparent reason. I have it on different devices, crashes on all of them. Other than that, it's OK.
i have had mixed opinions about this app. you cannot depend on it because half the time it does not work. the other half is spent buffering. after the buffering is done, it is quite good. however, i find it only works in when i am connected to the wifi i have set the cctv up in. which is useless because i could just view it on my tv. the app needs to become more reliable and i hope it is because the cameras themselves are brilliant and well worth £180 for 4 cameras and 1TB dvr.
Overall is working quite well except the playback mode. It is very difficult to select a time frame to playback other than 00:00. For some reason, it keeps on reverting back to 00:00. Is it a bug or someting I missed, I am not sure. It works with wifi but not mobile data. Tried chaning the phone settings but nothing helps. I am changing my rating from 4 starts to 2.
Not impressed with the downgrade, I've been using this software without fault for over 2 years . I couldn't praise it more , until this upgrade. You click the icon it pauses and thinks about it,then opens up a full screen advert for other products then an button appears to start software. That's when the problems get worse. Sadly it's a no from me now as it now atrocious, after another upgrade it's back to its wonderful self well done for modifications .
