Stuck in a loop where it requires me to update when I open the app, then I update, then it gives me the same update pop up when I open it right after updating. Tried completely shutting the app down through task manager and restarting, but this didn't change anything. Uninstall!
Freud, Check BBB and reviews. I was putting in my 2nd bid on a property and they ended the auction 20 minutes early. I called the realtor assigned to the property and she said that she had several calls complaining that they were unable to bid. I contacted the company and was told there was nothing they could do. That it was probably an internet problem on my end. I was using 2 different feeds so I know that was incorrect. I asked to talk to their IT and complaint depart they said no.
It's garbage I came to buy a house not knowing that there will be a 5% just for the auction so if a house was for 800k they alone would take 70k onto of the house they would make a house listed for 600k after ending the auction for 750k only
This is by far the worst app you will ever download. They place a house for auction and give a deadline for 2pm and then when you think you won the auction they open auction for 5 more minutes. They did this for an extra 30 minutes causing me to loose the house I placed bid on. This is a scam if you ask me. Stay away from this app. Shame you you!!!
I was actually surprised to find multiple properties in my area of interest.This app is well organized and easy to use.No bothersome adds to interrupt your search.I would recommend this app to everyone.
horrible UI. list wouldn't update after searching a specific area on the map. filters never apply properly.

If ur having problems contact Google play and say you want to FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT then call your state's real estate lic Dept say you would like to file a formal complaint against The company that runs site FILE formal complaint against broker/agent listing property If the state the property in different from yours call that state lic also and tell them you like to FILE FORMAL complaint against the company&agent/broker 99% of states Complaints r public record after alot call FBI
Service is bad. After they take thousands dollar deposits and you win auction, seller has option to renege and does.

Being that i am homeless and for 2 yrs. I have been searching for a home with a yard for my dogs and myself I am praying this app will make it possible to find a place i can call home for my pets and myself.
Really screwed up. Auctions are uneven.

It's not a badd app They could do better when it comes to the search would even be better if you did more advertising and marketing for the app is a lot of people must not be putting their houses or banks they put on your app they're not using it so it's not a lot of results
This is hands down, the worse app I've ever used. I have to keep re selecting the search criteria every time I do a search and it doesn't save my favorite properties. I spent two hours selecting properties only to not be able to find the on the app the next day. So many more problems, but I don't feel like wasting any more of my time.

They bid against you if there is no one else, or to increase bid. And even if you win, they will relist it because of minimum bid. Amazingly shill bidding homes is legal. They wasted my time and gave me false impression of buying something at reasonable price. I bid @ 70% home market price for home needing a lot of fixing, so it was not low balling, still wasn't enough. What's the point of an auction?
