GETTING STARTED:
You must be a licensed Notary Public to access Xome Signings’ features. Notaries interested in working with Xome Signings can sign-up in the app by going to the “Create New Account” screen. After filling in all the fields, tap “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”. The Xome Signings Activation Account Instructions will then be sent to the email you supplied in the Create New Account screen; this will contain everything you need to get started.

Can't work for this company anymore because I don't receive notifications. I don't know how they are going to have anybody work for them unless you're using an ancient phone. Most people want the latest and greatest phone because of its efficiency and effectiveness for business they rely on. I have 5 other apps with companies that I work for they obviously don't have a problem with Samsung 8 and higher. Xome Needs to get with the program quick
app needs to be updated, not getting orders or notifications for the past 2 months. I was told that their system isn't compatible with the newer phones and they're working on fixing it. Usually I have no issues, other than that. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
The previous version worked beautifully.....now I can no longer print efficiently. Previously I would doenload and email the docs straight to my printer, but with the new send option (plus encryption) the printer can't open the docs....I now have to send each page to my printer individually from my phone.
Its wonderful. I had a problem with creating an account due to it saying to enter a valid phone number and preventing me from creating the account at first, But if that happens to anyone else, Just close the app and restart it again. It will work just fine
constantly crashes. I miss a lot of work from missed alerts. No update in over 60 days with this issue is unsatisfactory and completely unfair to Android users. In the meantime, the iPhone users claim all of the available work.
I've only had great experiences with this app compared to other Signing Service apps. They pay within a week as well once you get on the payment system. Two thumbs 👍up for me!
Not getting any notifications for signings.. VERY FRUSTRATING, losing $$$ by not being able to accept jobs before other people whose phones dont have the issue:/
Since the new update I had so many problems. I received all offers late, also the thing that's for everything have to have a password is to much... I hope they change it like it was before.
Have yet to recieve an offer through this app. I'm beginning to wonder if they actually have jobs to offer to notaries. Debating to delete it from my phone completely since it doesn't seem to work.
11/2/21 I am now going to uninstall this app. I was told it is no longer being used. I have not gotten an assignment for months so unfortunately trusted signings is no more... It is sad because I used to get a lot of work from them.
This app has always been great for me but there was an update a few weeks ago and I went from several closing a day to no new requests in 2 weeks. I am not sire what is going on.
Used to get jobs from this platform but completely silent for past three weeks. I work with many other platforms and have stayed very busy but this one being so silent makes me wonder.

The app doesn't make a sound on my Android. It only vibrates and it's costing me money if it's not in my pocket or in eye view.
This app hasn't worked in the past 2 months I use to get signings. Now its silent. Nothing.

Tried creating an account. When I input my phone number it says please provide a valid phone number but it doesn't provide a clear format of how to input the number. Tried (###)####### and ########## and ###-###-#### and 1########## and +1########## someone post the correct format here and also fix it on the website

The app does not work with android devices. I can't locate an app on my computer, only on my phone, yet the phone won't upload a critical document. I get no notifications, I tried keeping app open all day yesterday as they suggested to get orders, that does no good because the app logs you out every hour. FRUSTRATED! Hopefully, they work the bugs out soon, this has been a several year issue and with android being a top selling platform shouldn't be a bug using them. I am lucky I have a lot of customers to keep me afloat, maybe one day I can work with Title365/Xome again. I am anxiously awaiting updates.
