- the app is decidedly crappy if your display's pixel density is higher than 400 or so. Everything would appear too small and the game would also be too slow I think.

Player: The red square. Can move horizontally or vertically. Swipe anywhere on the screen to indicate the direction you want the red square to move. Anywhere. You don't really have to touch the red square to move the player.
Enemies: Black/white squares that move. They can move diagonally at a constant speed, and they change directions when they hit an obstacle. Avoid bumping into these.
Blackholes: Black rectangular shapes on the board. If you surround these without any enemies inside, then they get sealed and will disappear. Not present in "Classic" mode.

So much nostalgia! Just remembered it and searched for it in the playstore. Didn't expect to find it. I remember typing in super high level numbers to compete with the high score. Thanks for this. Could be great if the levels were saved
Awesome app..felt nostalgia playing this.. A request, it's a tad bit difficult to launch to levels 999 from the beginning, as I only like playing at those difficulties, anyway to make this more approachable. Thanks.
Had played one like this in the 80's called Lockout, and it took me a while, but finding this one was well worth the long wait. though, seeing it hasn't been updated in a while I may have to keep an older tablet around.
Great free game. Plays well, decent response times. Does what it says it will do. And it doesnt ask for money every ten seconds. Headology is that.

Because one is no longer able to control the ball with a keyboard, the game is very limited. Quite infantle really.
Fun but some of the neon colors are very bright and cause color fatigue (the purple in particular was very bad and had constant outlines of red and blue for me because of my vision.
every time have to play from level 1 so bad plz fix levels will give u 5 stars I have played this game in laptop when I saw this on phone I was happy but when I played I got very very very up set for not continue tha levels every time have to play have to start plz fix it
Very very good. It's the port of classical Xonix (or qix) to android. Works flawlessly on Xiaomi 9c. No ads, no pay to win, no IAP.
The game is great, but unfortunately crashes randomly from time to time.

The best xonix!
Simple, lightweight, and fun. This was basically exactly what I was looking for. Something that just provided the bare essentials similar to a game I played as a kid. This had no ads, the controls worked exactly as I wanted them to and didn't feel clunky. If I had one complaint, it's that the difficulty doesn't seem to ramp up by much. I mean after I played 30 levels, I jumped to level 500 which was fine, and then all the way to 999 and beat it with only moderate difficulty, heh.
