XOX Activation

Managed to scan barcode, and proceed to scan front of mykad(after changing to samsung phone, does not work in huawei) and then activated..."the maximum amount of times of failed IC scans, please contact bla bla bla..." due to information not being accurate. Should have read all the comments down below. What a troublesome rubbish app **update: right after posting this review managed to activate the simcard. Went to settings>app>clear data and clear cache and then try again.

Very poor app!!! Attempted multiple times of scan mykad due to inaccurate information recorded, even change 2x hp still failed. Scan face also undetectable and no button to press, only can keep hold the hp selfie n duno wait for what. Accidentally achieved maximum scan of mykad, called service center, being informed that they cannot do anything about it, need me to go find branch, but srwk so limited branch!! 😤 Definitely wont recommend sarawakian to try this company unless u hv a branch nearby.

Lousy scanning app, have to use a tripod and do it outdoor yet still couldnt scan my details correctly. Developer really need to work on the built in scanning app. Have to activate over the counter ..

After this app unable to scan my Mykad,called careline and advised me activate the sim card at Care Center. Staff at center using Iphone able to activate the card smoothly. So this is phone compatible problem. Maybe this app is only for those Iphone or Samsung users.Developer should expand to other phone model as well.

Worse app ever. Who is the developer to build the recognition function? Crashes, unable to scan barcode or ic. Switching telco.

Can't scan mykad, pressing button does nothing. Couldn't continue with registration. Bad way to do activation!

It does not function at all. It is given 14days to activate. However, it is not possible to activate at all. CS request to go the access CS Centre which is aboslute create inconvenience. What for I buy the Sim and delivered home?!

Cannot be launched from a Lenovo Brand smartphone, user should be able to use the simpack after receiving the simcard. So much time wasted ordering via online store. Please upgrade the apps & compensate those user who are stil waiting to activate their sent simcard.

This does not even deserve a star. It failed to activate XOX SIM. I tried it on Android and iOS. I wonder how much revenue loss by XOX due to this blunder. Please test the application before release

Worst activation app ever, I tried to scan IC but can't even scan properly, then keep retry but now say too much scanning. WHY TOO MUCH SCANNING IS GOING TO DO WITH THE APP

have tried on 2 different phone, and did uninstall and re-install the app again. Still fail to done the activation.

Useless app. Cannot use to activate sim card. Looks like CS also useless. Pariah company. Going to write an official complaint to MCMC and get my money back from XOX. Waste of time and money. They don't deserve to be in business.

Try to activate this apps but failed. So many times! Im not recommended. I will switch to another telco. Rubbish!

Lousy apps i ever used, dont even can activate, try activate for 6 times. A while say need old phone, a while apps cant support. Why dont use call centre to activate?

Facing siMilar issue face recognize: blink eye until eye red… Nothing happen… really if want us to self service… please ensure apk is working properly… … call up center: ask detail then end up please email enquiry team…

Face recognituon failed! I have blinked my eyes for countless times and it didnt capture.. eye sore..
