XP Investimentos

The app has astonishing features but it's too computationally heavy and is overwhelmed by too much information. Ever since XP decided to combine the Credit Card, Digital account and investment account in the same app, the app has been laggy and constantly presenting problems. Moreover, the login process is too slow and could be swapped by a simplified view of the investment wallet without requiring password authentication. The app could also allow for OS native locks for simple wallet checking.

Too many pop-ups asking if I'm enjoying the app. It happens every single day and it's basically killing the experience, if I want to tell whether or not I'm enjoying it I'll come here and write it down just like I'm doing right now. My rating won't change, this is poor thinking of your UX team.

Pretty good app, but it still has some problems. One of them is when I see my monthly income and it shows, for example, R$ 200,00 of positive income and the percentage is -0,34% (negative), so it doesn't make sense and it makes me confused sometimes.

Not functional, at all. Just works for basic verifications. Not working to invest or trade. You will need to use the desktop version to allow all the features.

Very resourceful and easy to use. Only downside is that the Stock list doesn't load when I'm connected via Wi-Fi, it only works with mobile data. Would you be able to verify that please?

As I'm new with XP, first experiences were more than satisfactory. App is really easy for "beginners" and works very well. Really happy for the moment.

Too slow, my Android keeps crashing frequently!

Fast evolution and always in a positive way

Everytime I login it asks me to rate / review the app. There should be a button "Never ask me again". I give 1/5 stars to any app that begs for rating.

Very easy to navigate, lots of option to compare taxes, good to see evolution, facility to check the account in general

The good improve the usability and specially the color, too much dark. Please hire a good UI designer.

Disaster. I am trying to get a credit card using the app, but the face recognition does not work... Customer service agent told me there are many other customers with the same problem

Works nicely. No bugs. Information is clear. Still could be done more: more detailed tables of investiment detailing.

Good app. Would be better if it showed average stock / option prices in position (it just shows today's prixe or at closing).

When I try to invest in a Fund, the app crashes with no reason. Specifically, when using a the Funds Search Box at the top of the screen.

Usability needs improving so that no inconsistent data is shown to user as well as to prevent double stock orders to be placed by mistake.

Better than XP Trader, but a little slow too. Meanly when you start stocks on screen.

There are ads on the first page that you can't remove and it keeps asking me to open a bank account, other than that the app suits my needs.

Best invest tool of them all. I like the way the balance is presented and the transactions are grouped, divided into investment categories.

The last update brought up nice features and a good improvement in speed.

App is good, but would to see more info like diagrams about value changes in the portfolio.

great app, works fine on smartphone, gives me the access to most investment tools and information at all times.
