Really excited to get this notebook. It looks like a quality product but when I downloaded the app, as others have mentioned, the app kept crashing. I downloaded the app on my phone and two separate tablets and had the same results. Physically a great product that technically doesn't work. When I Purchase an item priced as it is I expect to set it up as directed and have it perform as advertised. This is a great item if you just want to decorate the desk top or a shelf somewhere.
The app can't connect properly through Bluetooth. It will say it's connected for less than a second before dropping the connection. The note pad is useless without the app, and this app is awful. It would be really great if it worked as advertised. As it is, it's easier to take a picture of my notes and use a handwriting scanner, which is exactly what this product is supposed to replace.
App doesn't work. Not that it's slow, it simply, absolutely, will not open, on any device. I tried three. And if you're like me and bought the Note+ before downloading the app, be advised customer service is just as non-responsive and unhelpful as the app. I am still trying to return the USD 100 XP Pen paperweight sitting on my desk. There are too many better products out there to waste you time with this one 🤯😬
Decent. Needs more refinement. The most needed improvement, the app requires user to reconnect with the same notepad evey time the connection is closed. Meaning user closed app or pad. It should do an auto connect if the same pad is present. The app does not download offline notes from the notebook. The app starts the connection process, but never downloads. It sits at 0/4 downloaded indefinitely.
The concept itself is really nice and I don't regret buying the notebook itself. The downside is that, this app isn't great. My notes can't be synced to for instance, to OneNote or any other note app or program. I need to physically share my notes to individually share each page which is quite inefficient.
I had several pages of notes, poems, and stories in storage that have suddenly disappeared. Can't find any Cloud backup even though the setting for it was on. Thank God I still have the written pages but if the work on the app is going to suddenly wipe out on me then it defeats the purpose. This is a shame because I was liking this device, and it wasn't exactly cheap. Please fix this soon or you're going to lose a whole of buyers for the device. These reviews are abysmal.
The export resolution is way too low and there's no settings to change it. Playback options are also lacking, there should be a timeline to scrub in the image creation. Also, why does the app need to access contacts and be able to copy them, that's a big no-no.
It works decently, and I'm really happy with how well it exports text. It's not very friendly when it comes to sketching, and the GIF export function doesn't work (at least not on my phone). Notepad quality is outstanding at least.
The app crashes every time you open it. Every. Single. Time. Cannot get a response from anyone from this company about what to do about it. Hardware cannot be used without the software so it renders the whole item completely useless. Essentially paid £90 for a pad of paper. Furious.
App doesn't even open to configure the tablet. Installed the Note Plus app on 3 different mobile devices to see if the problem was specific to a single device, it failed to open on all three! So far this tablet is a USD 100 paperweight. Inexcusable.
It worked fine for a day and it stopped importing offline notes and then it stopped connecting completely. It keeps telling me the notebook is connected to anoter device. Please tell me how to fix this.
I love this app but with the last update,it only crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, cleared cache, everything. Please fix it soon. I love the app and the product
App crashes immediately upon opening. Won't work even after uninstall and reinstall. Seems to be a problem relating to most recent update.
Very good，very comfortable to use,to meet my needs. I can write on the paper book,and I can see the handwriting I wrote on the device,very nice.
it is a very bad application, it crashes all the time, i payed 100euros for such a low quality, both hardware and software, I am very disappointed
The app closes as soon as it opens. I now have 2 (I bought 1 as a present) very expensive notebooks. I see I am not the first, is there a fix, I am running Android. Thanks
The app can't connect to my android device, keeps saying "The device has been tied to another account".Without this connection, its just an ordinary Expensive note book . Please fix this
The app rarely connects with the pad and now it tells me that the pad is tied to other account. Please fix this app because otherwise I just bought a very expensive notebook
Bluetooth won't connect the device. The same problem that alot of people are having. It also won't connect to a Google account.
Just received it as a gift today and the app crashes. Found an older version and that one cannot save and share. Please update the version ASAP! Fyi it works fine on the IOS

Lastest version crashes but once finding the apk file for previous version. It does a cracking job!
Just received my note+ in the mail, and was super stoked to start using it... the app won't open at all. Very disappointed.
You have multiple reviews saying your app crashes and I like another reviewer have recently purchased this and cannot use it due to your app issues. When are.you going to fix this?? Should I just return it?
FOUND A WAY TO FIX THE APPLICATION! Reason why it's not working is that creator doesn't pay for "MyScript" handwritten text recognition service. What you should do is basically create new account on MyScript (free for up to 100 installs of your application), create a new project with same APK name as this app, get .java certificate file, decompile the application to smali, find "MyCertificate.smali", compile you new .java into .smali with android studio or something like that (replace namespace!) and replace original one with new compiled. Build application, sign it and you are ready to go. Contact me at telegram @opravdin if you need help. P.S. Bought this thing as a gift. Spend like 3 days of vacation to fix that issue.
I really like this device is super useful for taking mi notes and digitilize them. i like the app nevertheless it would be better if the paring was a bit more seamless

Back in December, I installed a version of the app that crashed immediately upon opening. To deal with this, I was given an APK of an older version, which was quite adequate. This morning I happen to check the App Store and saw this new update. (2.2.4) After installation and some usage it seems that this version is working properly. With this application and other apps that just about any smart phone or computer would have, you should be able to do anything you want! This is especially possible with this apps sharing and saving capabilities. When considering the app and not anything related to hardware, the only issues I have with this are pairing with the notepad seems a little bit difficult and for some strange reason the application thinks I'm female. If it asks me on a date, I suspect it will be quite disappointed. :p I'm happy to be back in business!
