At this point after 2 weeks i can't get past stage 2, i press the key briefly and nothing happens. No amount of restarts or reboots or installations help .
Latest Android update has stopped the assistant from working again. Can we have an update fix again, please?

Poor connection
Sometimes the Sony assistant don't work. But the bit of kit will save me points on my driving licence
App worked fine after a complete reboot of the phone. Decent enough interface to adjust the device settings. Main issue is the volume of calls. The device can belt out music at a decent level. Calls however are barely audible even on max volume.
Sony, help! I can't properly connect to my Xperia XZ PREMIUM! I just try saying Hello and stop!

The mail I have may contain different language in it, but system only read English part for me and make the feeling become not good.
It's great, i love sony but need some update for the last few new devices have problem with the connection.
I need support to.add informing Caller Id to hear who is calling me as it is not added!!
Problems with connections is SAYING CONNECTED TO TWO PHONE AFTER UPDATE CANT USE GOOGLE VOICE UN INSTALLED APP ANd REINSTALl OLD APP AND STILL HAVING PROBLEMS NOW I HAVE TO TURN PHONE OFF AND THEN BACK ON TO GET IT workin AFTER WORKING THEM STOP AGAIN vEVERY DAY AMD I HAVE A SONY XPERIA Z5 PHONE AND I AM not GOING TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT AGAIN OFF THEM

Can't get passed pairing page. Stops working overnight. Whole system awful, and for the price of the ear shame on Sony!
Dont bother send an email to them...they do NOT respond. And like the the guy said from just connecting..nothing. it says that the device connected to another...BUT it isn't no other device is broadcasting BT. So what gives....please update this app with fixes ...ASAP. cheers
The device is well built, the app is just OK there is a limitation to what it can do, and also the response time for the voice recognition is a little slow
It does not recognise my voice. Tried all tips and chat line who couldn't help
Does not work with Sony's flagship headphone 🎧 MDR-1000X
I jave tried to get this to work on 2 devices now running Android 8.1 and no joy. XZ Premium and XZ1 the devices pair no problem but can't get past the "hello" section.
Keep on growing with new function, hope sony keeps updating the software, possibly could be a trendsetter in the future of BT headset
Since the last upgrade to Android Pie it doesn't work very good (google assistant is absent, volume is up and down), in other words it became an ordinary but very expensive bluetooth handsfree...
