The headphones are great, but the app is completely unusable. Thus, you can't take advantage of most of the features because you need the app in order to program the headphones. Every time I try to open the app on my phone, it loads for about one second and then crashes over and over again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times and I have restarted the phone and the headphones. If you're looking to take advantage of the touch features, You're out of luck.
Wasn't sure what expect in terms of sound quality and still being able to hear what's going on around however so far its working well and a pleasure to use. No discomfort after 2hr + continual use and pleasant assistance alerts hourly as well as early morning news and weather up date. Look forward to discovering more clever uses from this device.
Wonderful utility with an amazing experience! As a point for feedback, please look into implementing the Assistant with a "call screening feature" - similar to what "Google Voice" provides.
Hopefully app development to support two language for read out notification. Because my friend are using English and Chinese. So when I select English, Chinese notifications cannot be read out.
The headset desperately needs equalization. The sound from Xperia duo is very poor and unbalanced. There far too much upper treble causing sibilance. It's worse than $2 earphones. Eq can maybe remedy this issue.
I bought a pair of wireless headphones because the xperia ear duo was uncomfortable and unresponsive. I honestly wish zero stars was an option. I tried restarting and troubleshooting the headphones but it still doesnt work.
Works really well with my XZ3 !! Really impressive battery life. Right earpiece drains faster than the left.
It doesn't detect the earphones even when they're already paired with my phone's Bluetooth. Just forever spinner

The app continues to receive useful updates and works great with these nifty earbuds.

Why assistant don't tell me about notification from application who not develop from Xperia One ?! When i disconnect ear duo from my Xperia One multimedia sound is off ?! Need to restart phone to restore multimedia sound !

Wish the next update add Voice interaction language support in English - Canada & Cantonese - Traditional Chinese? More action support once user receive a voice message either from Line or whatsapp mesaaging apps. *maybe inform user to hear the voice mesaage then reply ....thanks for hearing
The best always sony
The new firmware or app is definitely performing better, however I still have minor problems: when watching YouTube videos and someone called, after hand up I couldn't make the sound coming through the earbuds, if then I restart my phone straight away, the ear buds won't connect to the phone, even if I then put the buds back to the charging case, it doesn't seem to reset the status ofbthe right one. The charging light for the right/main one won't be on and I had to wait until its battery fully depleted after few hours so that I can use it again. My phone is pixel XL 2 with Android P current build.
Sometimes phone speaker will on automatically and connection is loosing. Sometimes low sound with what's app voice and video calls. I am using ear duo with my Xperia XZ premium dual phone
A very easy to use app! Also, the Experia Ear Duo is an awesome headset!
It works very well and the headphones are absolutely amazing! Can't recommend them more highly! But unfortunately, I can't seem to get the head gestures to work quite right, if I could get an answer and some help, or at least some idea that maybe others are having the same issue, that'd be great.

This is the worst Sony product ever always bought Sony for last 40 years but this does not work. £250 for junk. Save your money !
Needs improvements. Double tap to skip song feature is completely unreliable. I have to attempt it many times while it pauses, raises and lowers volume, or does anything besides skip. Head gestures are also unreliable and make you look like a skitzo trying to skip songs. The lack of having an option to edit controls of the left ear piece and having limited controls to edit on the right are annoying. Tell time option does nothing. I'd also like to see this available for PC.
