The phone has just been updated to android 10 now it does not work

Does not transfer to my Samsung note 10+. Cad 250 down the drain

Useless trick, wont do anything till you pay ludacris fees

Not bad as such for a somewhat clumsy navigation system with a rather garish interface, but do note that the grandiose name "Xperia edition" hides a mere demo version of the program. It will cease to be car-functional 30 days after installation. Overall, nothing that a combination of Google & Here/Nokia Maps won't do better.

About the only good thing about it is that you can search by street name, rather than requiring a postcode and for that, it's worth one star. The maps are very poor, I spotted many errors in my town and it's difficult to get them corrected. Uninstalled; I'm sticking to Waze, free and far better.

I got the efficiency South African edition not bad, very handy in rural areas where there is no cell phone reception or no 3G data reception. There's a few map bugs , the same as you get on a normal Garmin device, I am worried that it may not work when I upgrade from my Z3 to a Xperia XZ!

Having paid for a subscription I would expect - like all other apps to which I've subscribed - to be given access to the app. Nothing happening with this turkey. Thankfully I'd downloaded the area I'm visiting on Google Maps and using that, very effectively, for free with no data usage. A+ for Google Maps, F for Garmin.

Numerous times i have tried to download the app but to no avail. It goes through the whole process of downloading & when it tries to install a message comes up that there's an error! Went to the troubleshooting page, through the process of eliminating various scenarios & i still haven't got any satisfaction! Not happy at all!

The app needs to be manually restarted when maps are downloaded (seriously, you can restart it programmatically or update on the fly - very poor), the map user interface is cluttered and horrendous to look at, zooming is slow and jerky, my road doesn't appear in the list for the area I live in, the overview map is so cluttered that it's unreadable. I've tried this app a number of times over the past few years and it remains the worst available...

We've been using it occasionally for a few years. After a very rocky start as an app, it seems to have got a little better about its data management but remains pretry clunky to use. Still has issues recovering from a lost GPS signal. And now seems to have issues with updating itself via Google Play. Overall not good, find we end up using Google maps more often then this nav app. And the issue with the license being UNRECOGNISED when more than one Google account is linked to the phone...

I've subscribed to the 30 days all in and it won't let me use it stating I need to purchase a subscription. Garmin suggest restoring the app from Google play, this didn't work. What a waste of my money. Stay clear

No support . I paid for the app. After I reset and cleared my phone, I tried to reinstall the application. It installs but fails to run. I submitted an error report about 6 times. I am still waiting for a reply after almost 2 months. How could I have paid for something that I can't use? Is this not theft? Very upset!

I can't use the app, even that I have bought it, the I can't get it to work. After half a year emailing and calling the support then still no fix. I have asked them to delete my account more then tree month ago and still nothing!

Always crushes when planning route. Completely broken and useless peace of lousy coding. Shame on you, Garmin.

Does not work, won't even load up, says It can't connect to the Internet via my device, says to reinstall which I did, then to restart device which I did, still nothing

Faulty as below, downloads and goes through the installation only to fail at the end on my Z3+.

After 2 days the app recognises that I have paid for a 30 day all on subscription but gives error message - please buy a package from the store. I used Google maps to navigate in the end and it was free. Now to get my money back.

Does not install. Downloads fine and then errors even though there were no problems earlier..

Great app but keeps trying to take me off motorways around the roundabout and back on, if you can fix that you get 5 stars

Oh dear, it gives an error. Tried clearing the Google Play cache and stopping that app, etc. Google Maps for me.

Update will not install, gives me an error code -504. I have been through troubleshooting to no avail.

Bad software. Could not install at all. Even had my z3 software reloaded. I've tried more than 7 times. Load of useless bits.

I had this preinstalled and fully working from day 1 on my xperia z2. Updated it, now it asks me for a 49.99 purchase. Shame on you! Thats what i call greed.

Difficult to start. At least one of three times I only get a black screen for more than 30sec and need to kill process manually to restart. Using Sony Xperia X compact

Installed and keeps saying no space and put on memory card. Click yes and it crashes.

Cant download more maps. Device keep saying its failed to download, please insert memory card and try again. Even i never removed my memory card. Please fix

Hi I purchased 30 days all in, but the problem is, app says no gps signal. Please help asap

I bought this app when using the xeperia z3 and found it very easy to use. Now I have updated my phone to the xeperia X I find the app no longer works. Waste of money

Love it. Been using this for over 2 years. You can use it offline in a lot of countrys. The lane assist is very nice. I almost always wear Bluetooth headphones and it Will tell were to go though ad2p. You can choose a mode of transportation. I use it on my motor bike as well and set de route to scenic to get a nice long tour drive

Free version is useless and other options are way over priced. Phone came with this product installed and it worked for a while, but now you can only use the free version for asking navigation. Uninstalling
