Xperia Lounge (entertainment)

before the updates last week. it was ok. until the update, many functions not working well. wifi auto on even when i choose on setting not to, some applications not responding well after that, ring tones and the muting options seems to be more complicated and now had to do many settings before all is muted. last time when use mute functions all will be muted. theres also lack issues on certain text fubctions. basically you guys f**ked it up. thanks.

This used to be an excellent app but so many of the options are dimmed out for example games and themes. I have just purchased an Xperia 1 and I can't even add any themes to it, really is quite a ridiculous state of affairs! I contacted Sony about this and escalated a complaint to a manager and I've still heard nothing! I'm seriously thinking of sending the phone back! No wonder Sony is losing market share.

Terrible didn't work at all. Got my new phone and app is not working. I had sony phones for years but this is starting to put me off as all the very best apps are being discussed or just don't work. Something has to be done about it and help given to the costume. Please don't carry this on yes I provide the app or stop them at laster dates Most people only have a phone for 2 years so why not change it from 1 app to another when you upgrade. Their phone not the way it is now.

This is disgusting app as I have disabled notification option but it keeps notifying me. I used to believe in Sony products but now I am a fan of Samsung. I had many bad experiences with Sony gadgets in the past few years. Its apps eat up too much space on my phone.

I used to enjoy this app but now it seems to require such a massive amount of memory and data usage it hardly seems worth it. I've never won any of the competitions or even been told I may be in the running. I can't transfer the app onto my SD card so I either let it use up my phones memory or uninstall the app. Your move Sony.

When I receive phone, it doesn't ring. Xperia has become a headache. Sometimes ring and at times it doesn't. SERVICE center reinstalled software without any result. They are not able to diagnose the problem.

I love Sony. I fell in love with the brand many many years ago when I won a Sony Ericsson phone in Birmingham New street station. Since my first interaction I have been loyal to this brand of phones and was thrilled with every upgrade. I recently upgraded to a Samsung and can honestly say, biggest mistake ever. Cannot wait to get back on the Sony train.👍👍

Comes preinstalled on a memory constrained Sony Xperia M4 phone and can't be removed. Updates automatically with other Sony crapware and to turn it off you have to go to settings to disaable it. I haven't used the app nor do I care to but it keeps popping up. Not a fan.

Really like this as it's kinda fun having the ability to, stay informed about the latest stuff, News & Goss with real review's as well. It makes things a lot easier to stay in front.

App said there was an update available so updated it, to find out that when app is open that nothing is running on the app... Completely pointless having updates for an app that no longer runs should be completely removed from all devices and from play store.

I missed the lounge for a while when I owned a different make of mobile, and when that broke i went straight out and got another Sony Xperia, I don't follow the ' Have to own an iPhone crowd ' because I just don't find them appealing. So keep adding competitions and maybe better offers/discount on other Sony items and I will definitely keep using Sony Xperia's.

Content not uodated anymore The app used to have competitions, discount, themes all sorts. Now it hasnt been updated foe a long time and banner is always showing 4 notifications. If not going to update anymore let us remove it

Meh... It is OK if you really like a constant feed of adverts. 'Cause that is what every alert is for; something to spend money on. No advise regarding interesting features or apps.

It lied to me when it said it was going to do something and completely did something I did not want or require I would not recommend this at all to anyone and for me to say this it's quite serious as people who know me know that every electronic item I own I.E TV PlayStation phones cinema systems etc etc I am really disappointed with this app sorry to say but had to be said

I like the suggestions for games, wallpapers, and theams . I just purchased my Xperia, so I am a new user of both the phone as well as the app. But I'm looking forward to exploring this app. But it gets a thumbs up from me.

It's always giving me wee notifications and that, but I never find any of it useful. It's more like clutter and annoying buzzing.

I love Experia and swear by it I have used every other brand of phone and the quality of this is phenomenal. I am now on my 7th experia phone and to have an Experia lounge where I can get the latest news and updates is convenient and intriguing, it is a good quality app to go with an excellent quality phone!

What to call this app? After the last update it refuses to work at all. But, it is still occupying space, resources, and, being preloaded by Sony, is unable to uninstall. A bureaucracy in the mobile world :)

Everything in the menu section is greyed out (meaning I cant select anything). I purchased my xz2 compact last month (a little late) so I think Sony has let this app die out.

This was a great app, but since it updated, all options but one are grey and don't do anything. I loved it for finding themes but now it's just a waste of space on my phone.

This was a beautiful app in the past but now i don't know why this exists in the playstore, doesn't make sense, every function is greyed out and the themes section is completely removed. Bad decision Sony.

They have not changed the app at all and in addition to this they never have released any new wallpapers to download since the last update . When will Sony be able to get the latest version of the store fixed ?

Purchased an xperia phone a with an offer of 12 months free PlayStation yet unable to access it. Contact with Sony has been usless. I see from other reviews l am not the only one with this problem. If anyone at Sony reads these comments please sort this or letus know why you are not honouring this offer.

This app is a waste of time, after years of buying different Sony products I bought a Sony Xperia phone, never again, Xperia nightmare I'm now desperate to get a new phone I. e. Samsung or LG, they are much easier to use and don't come with unnecessary apps

Love all the little extra sony rooms,apps,and geting first look at all the sony products all ways been a big fan of ever thing sony love the sony high quility look they give to all of there range.even put tine and efert in to the feel and look and top notch tek all the time from old to brand new.

My go to app on most days, there's always something new, something free & chances to win some excellent Sony products. I really love this place, would recommend to all.

Now a days being boring of this app. Before it was very exciting one. Sony is very best for research and development but very poor in sales and marketing all over the world, that's why its going down even with the best class product

Constantly tells me I can't sign in due to expired token. Tried all the solutions, they don't work. I can't even delete the damn app.
