Essentially, it's functional and very clear. However, I've been using bus pass for over 4 years now and it is not only some £4 cheaper with the bus pass, but also lasts the entire month, rather than just 4 weeks, therefore there is no incentive to switch to this - albeit clever, practical and more eco-friendly - method.
Ticket prices went up from the original app. Autoselects your region now, might be a problem for those on the move. More ticket choices (Child/Student) but overall not really worth a price hike.
Good app overall. I think the tickets in the wallet needs to be ordered by expire date, so that on top comes the tickets with shortest life.
Does exactly what it says. Makes it a thousand times easier to deal with. No hunting for change or a paper ticket any more.
Usless... App won't work this year and missed bus' with more messing around breaking notes for change. Says "no Internet" etc... Yet here I am.
All of a sudden there's no tickers available for sale on my app. Its a pain having to grab cash when needing buses. Have now. Found out there's another app
Pretty bad when you pay for a singke ticket and you only get half an hour to use it. But lo and behold the bus is late so it expires , enjoy the money I guess
For some bizarre reason, it won't let you purchase a short hop fare, making it completely useless for me.
Drivers are now saying that the app isn't valid and that the QR code has to be scanned on boarding, yet the code does not scan?
It was great and very convenient to have but recently I am unable to purchase any new tickets.
App was ok until it decided it has no internet. Now unable to login even after uninstall and reinstall it
Failed the one time I needed it. Waiting for account deletion/personal details confirmation! Then will uninstall
it is good so far but having issud with buying the ticket
Weekend saver ticket not available in the app.
Best invention to date along with contactless
It's not letting me buy a ticket on the app.
It actually accepts my bank card now so thats a step in the right direction.
That's because this app shut down there is a new app for it
great wee app
Wont let me save my card?
Rubbish to use
Really useful for people like me who can't be arsed carrying about exact change for buses when I get them fairly infrequently. My main issue with this app is the lack of timetables built in. The biggest bug bear I have is that I don't use it very often so I forget my password and have to log in all over again, why can't it be like a lot of other apps and just keep it saved behind a fingerprint scan. Also let me buy more than one ticket at once if I'm going to be using busses a few times during the week let me buy all the tickets in one go. Handy app, does what it should but that needs more features.
