I love the xplr shop bc its a grate way to support them and there prices are perfect there clothes feel awsome id definatly buy it

Easy to navigate and when I emailed regarding an inquiry (whether or not they displayed prices in different currencies; they don't but still a great app!) I received a rapid reply taking only a few minutes and the email was both friendly and informative. if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

It's a great app. Been using it since it first launched. But for the last few weeks it won't load past the cover page anymore. It's just the loading page of sam and Colby with the big lettering of XPLR. Did y'all cancel the app or something? I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling but now it won't let download it anymore

all the Sam and Colby merch is on there and it's making everything a hundred times easier. it's a really good app and it's easy to use. you can also get %20 off which helps you save more money. even tho I'm broke I love looking at the merch. the designs and everything are really good and creative. the quality of the clothes is the best bc it's %100 cotton. I bought 3 pairs of their socks cause they are soooo comfortable omg.

Amazing and easier than using the website version. It won't load past the front page of Sam and Colby but I'm assuming it's because they don't release the new drop until late January, therefor there's nothing available on the website and app.

It's a good app to have, but I am having an issue with my order. I ordered 2 things 2 weeks ago and have only recieved one. I have emailed fanjoy (after 6 days) and they said my blue 3 a.m. hoodie would be shipped, it still hasn't. I'm a little dissapointed, I spent $44 on a hoodie and $12 on shipping I would have liked to have it by now.

This app has not only the BEST merch from my favorite creators but the app it self is easy to use and easy to purchase clothing and easy to get around they have categories for whatever you need by the way clothing is VERY comfortable!!! MOST AMAZING APP thank you sam and Colby!!❤

The xplr app has not worked in over a week. All it does is show the intro of there shopping app and no further. I love this app but it has not worked at all and I dont want to shop thur Instagram or there website. Hopefully they fix it❤

Love, love, love this app! It makes it so much easier to see everything they have and you even get access to exclusive items and discounts! Love Sam and Colby, I glad they finally made an app. I downloaded it the day they added it to the Google Play Store! 🥰🖤🥰

It used to work perfectly fine, now it won't load past the cover screen like the rest of these ppl explained. It's just taking up space, so I gotta delete it until it's fixed. Sorry Sam and Colby. Hope it works again soon

Aesthetically pleasing however the app will not load past the cover page. Downloaded 3 times in the past week with no success. Would love to see the app functioning soon.

It's great i love using it but lately it hasn't been working I've been trying for weeks to get it to open even by uninstalling it. It stays stuck on the cover and I thought it needed an update. Please try and fix it I would love to use the app since it's a lot easier

I love this app, it makes it easier for me to just come on and go to the main duo I buy merch from instead of having to deal with the other people. but I must say I need a notification button. It doesn't give me one or an option to turn them on.

I love this app its not slow and sam and colby worked very hard on it. You get to search for what item you want. This app also gives you great pictures of the item you want. This app is a win win. Get the app you no regret it trust me.

It never opens. Downloaded it months ago and keep trying, but never gets past title screen of Sam & Colby. Really unfortunate you can't seem to fix an app,

Love this app love sam and colby but app won't open anymore normally works great but I can't get past the cover of sam and colby now. Would love if you could fix this thanks!!!!! Will give 5 stars if I can open the app again. UPDATE:been 3 months and even though they rebranded and made new merch they still haven't fixed the app. Would love if you could fix the app and put all the new merch here!

I love the clothing

All it does is sit on the homescreen. I tap on it, nothing, I wait to where I forget and my screen will timeout, nothing. Just the XPLR homepage. Disappointing. I could really utilize this app for purchases since it's the only thing my daughter ever wants.

I bought a limited edition green hoodie not to long ago and it arrived within 4 days, which is good because it's less than it says on the app for delivery. I kinda freaked out and cried when I got it. 😊

It's a great app, for many reasons, one being I don't have to go to Google every time I wanna see the new drops, and it's super easy to access!!! I love Sam and Colby, and I'm glad that they made an app for their merch 💜🖤

I do prefer the browser version because the app won't open it just sits on the loading screen with the picture of Sam and colby. Please check this out :).

Always when I'm on the app it won't go past the loading screen. I dont know what there doing but if Sam and Colby could fix it that would be great. Love the app though.

okay, I love sam and colby like a lot buttt I feel like for the phone cases they should have a bigger variety... cuz I have a stylo 5 and I can never find anything for them... and also (no offence) the prices are a little too expensive... no hate just feed back

I havent been able to get into the app. Every time I open it, its stuck on the picture of sam and colby. And idk what to do. So im just rating it based on that it wont open.
