Xpress Mobile for Drivers

works great! nice for getting your forms in, great for communicating with your fleet manager, everything that is on your driver tech/satcom is on this. Haven't had any problems with it. UPDATE: I switched phones and notifications say I have a new message and it shows who it's from, but when I open the app, it's not there and it says it's updating, it's been updating for 24 hours! HELP!

Everything is layout and very easy to use

This is useful for seeing my current load, and its details. Completed loads do not show up. The app would be better if they did. Messages are useful, and the scanning of paperwork for loads is helpful. Again, you must scan them before your next load is dispatched. If not, then you won't be able to use this app to do that.

A great app for when the driver tech is down (which it usually is) you don't give us access to certain macros though and I don't understand why? I run Teams and it won't let me use the app while my co is driving, the auto detection seems to go off at odd times for some reason, I'll be on home time and check the app sometimes and it thinks I'm driving. Honestly this app just needs some fundamental work to be brushed out and it could be used for o most anything.

Overall it is a decent app. The updating of the live contact and features for seeing load info is a bit slow and doesn't work properly at times. That being said I have only used it for a short time and I will see if it gets better and I am sure that it will be updated to allow a smoother and better experience.

Horrible app. You need to re log into a popup page to access training and payroll. Payroll has trouble loading until you change menu options and try again. App does not work in moving vehicle, even if you are in SB in a team. The only positive is that it is easier to use than driver tech and offers freeform messaging (driver tech doesnt)

Good and a fast way to scan papers

*👀is my explanation that complicated! The HOS is in OFF or SB, the app still blocks usage if you slightly move. Even if DriveTech shows OD or D if the truck is motionless and the app is granted location based data, the app should not block use either or when "sitting still". There's been no change to app since 7/2019. The coding needs to change and update your permissions and privacy policy to reflect the link with DriverTech. Or it's a violation of Google policies

Needs to match onboard Computer in truck, which mine is currently down. Running paper logs now. Will have High Value load to pickup, and the App does not have Macro 32 on the messages list, so can't report anything. Needs updated badly. And actually, I don't like using the App at all except for scanning paperwork.

If you're familiar with Transflo that's what this is but for US XPRESS. It has everything, loads, hrs of service, messaging. And if youre a class A driver with at least 1 year of experience looking for a home you need to come on over to Variant.

Really a great app. very useful anything and everything you need is right at your finger tips I would recommend this app. to anyone that's coming aboard with Usxpress the winning team in truckin a really great place to work where they treat you like a part of the team as well as family too

Not a bad app but can still be tweaked. I get notified for items I've opened and read already multiple times. If there is a way to make the app work without the consistent need to run location services would be great because its killing my battery and my phone runs hot. (on normal days my location is off)

Very straight to the point app. Everything you need is readily available within the menu column. Very well maintenanced software. Props to the engineers for NICE craftsmanship. This application stands out from most to me for it having an attractive logo. I use the app daily and have yet to experience a con. Great app.. some flexibility would be nice but it functions well basically. Missing: the ability to capture images of ’no trucks' warnings, low clearance, red DriveTech screens- to send to Safety Dept. Drivers should be given an immediate opportunity to log 'events' so Safety would be able to go over it and determine whether the call is necessary and also Safety would see how alert the driver is in acknowledging that something went wrong. Clear log of trips for pay cycles to aid accounting.

I'm a trainer. Make this app to where you can use it while the student drives. I get in trouble for calling in so much but it's my only way of communicating with FM bc it say this app cant be used while vehicle is in motion. It is very inconvenient and only holds us back from doing our jobs.

I have a not been able to access everything with the app as what I can on my drivers tec on board interface and alot of information will show different macros. I think it would be nice if it would match up so I can use my phone application but needs some work.

So far so good.. I like it that I can respond to messages and accept loads quickly. Also can view preplans. Easy to scan documents , don't need to stop at a truck stop for transflo. Thanks for the app.

This sucks big time balls you cannot walk down the road or even ride in a car and use it it will disable itself that needs to be fixed if I'm walking down the road it won't let you if you use the app terrible app whoever wrote it needs to go back and rewrite the app don't waste your time and energy downloading this app I am deleting it it's a waste of time

Really is amazing!! I started driving when trucks had old Qualcomm's , that was a real dream. If there is any motion detected at all the app will not work, very frustrating for team drivers!

App is flaky has several minute delay on updates. Pre assign loads no longer show up. Cannot swipe from one message to next, have to go back, select next message and so on. Cannot change duty status.

Works well but does not always show accurate information. Does not show same info our on-board tablet shows or our Ops personnel has. But overall it's very helpful.

the app is useless if you are driving team because it won't work while the truck or any vehicle is moving it should at least have the option for not driving like transflo does as a team me and my wife multitask one of use writes down new load information as it comes in and with the way the driver tech is mounted in the truck the passenger can't use it so they need to be able to use the app

The app is not in real time. Messages out don't get received. As of 11/07 have realized a notable change for the better. Thanks for update and fix.

You want us to fill out everything on are messages yet yall don't . Other companies do i guess they just care more about their drivers. If you give a preassigned load give us the load info to it's called trip planning the longer we have the better . But yall like your drivers in the dark so we can scramble . The app is how you give us info but you don't . So the app sucks . Good directions and info is the key things a leader does . I wish their was one at this company .

ive been a total driver for over 4 years now and this app is great for keeping in touch with dispatch on the go and even using it to get checked in on a busy day when you haven't had time to write down the new load information yet, my only complaint is the GPS lockout, I think that their should be a way to bypass this for teams and trainers

So if there is a pop up that asks you if you're driving and you click no.... like how I'm a trainer and I need to be able to communicate while my student is driving..... I click that and just because I'm in the bucket I cant. let's say I need to communicate with my FM about load information and details pertaining to DOING MY JOB.... maybe I should be able to use the app if I'm not driving the truck. Its annoying to both me and definitely the FM if I have to call 50 times.

App works well to a degree but I can't send certain macros from it. Used to work fine. Hasn't worked right for over 6 months. Talked to it department and they put me to a supervisor then never emailed me back again.

This app sucks for teams. Can't use it while your Co driver is driving. Should be able to use it if you're off duty, EVEN IN SLEEPER BIRTH! AS LONG AS NOT DRIVING IT SHOULD BE FAIR GAME. Me in the back using my app would never affect my team mates driving!

I was told when the one driver is driving the that's not driving can check messages and send messages. It's not true 😕
