It doesn't work well. Some information that shows it's not accurate. For example people who looks your profile. I checked if it's true, but only shows randomly friends that "looked" your profile. Also how many likes you give to a certain person pictures. It shows numbers not accurate. Please, don't waste your money in this app. 👎🏼

Guaranteed refund is shady!! I wanted to try the gold version of the app and it turns out it wasn't for me, so upon contacting support the "text" won't send. I've tried multiple times across multiple days and nothing. Then I move towards emailing the developer and nothing. I feel as if this wastes my 3 day trial period just trying to get ahold of someone. I'd recommend the free version if you're not sure.

When I downloaded the app I went into it with the mentality that it was probably going to be a scam. However I was treated to an actual refined app. The controls feel pretty good and the User Interface is very intuitive. However most of the important stuff like seeing who blocked you are only available to gold members. However the subscription doesn't cost that much, only $4.99 a month. If you really want the features as advertised then treat this app as $5 and not free.

the app keeps collapsing when i try to open it. ive tried uninstalling and restarting my phone. It didn't work. Finally I uninstalled the app, shut down my phone, switched it on and downloaded it. The app opened... But all my records are gone and it is making me pay the subscription again even though I already paid for one month. Please fix this. I still have 10 days left on my subscription. This might happen to ppl who paid for the 1 year subscription. Thank you for your hard work

I downloaded this app and then decided to try the premium version. After 2 days I decided I didn't use it enough so went to cancel my subscription. Now its billing me for a years worth of subscription when I never even used it. Not happy at all ☹ If there was a way to sort out the subscription issue I'm sure it would be a great app but I've had a very bad experience with it, costing me $50. Since then I have emailed the company. They have completely ignored my emails. Please don't download this!

I paid for this service. My friends opened my Instagram profile in front of me, and I didn't get notified that someone viewed my profile. I refreshed this app many times, but it still didn't show up in the profile viewers' list. I tried contacting support, but their support chat system seems bogus as it keeps giving me an error whenever I try to send a chat to them.

The profile viewer is the only thing I can't get for free from Instagram. But it is completely a fraud, I tested by using my friends profile and it never showed up from the list. And there is no customer support. I wrote to them and I got zero reply. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, it could not do it because it charged me by the annual amount. I am not happy at all with this app!

I truly loved this app. It did more than just notify you who unfollowed you. It also lets you view anyone's story without it showing up on their end, and the best thing about it is there are no ads. It also lets you download your own stories. If they're a video, it'll save the audio and everything else in it. Unlike other apps, there's no limit to how many times you can watch someone's story. It's truly a shame that this app has login issues. I really hope it gets fixed soon.

Don't bother trying to get in contact with support, they won't help you. I signed up for the $5 subscription and used it for about 2-3 months. When I was done using it I messaged them asking to cancel. No response and they continued to charge my card. I messaged them asking for a refund as I had already requested a cancellation. No response. Finally figured out how to cancel it on my own. For anyone who doesn't know you can cancel any subscriptions you have through your play store settings.

The "profile viewer" feature is a scam. Having personally tested it, by viewing my own profile through multiple accounts, I have reached the conclusion that the results are misleading. With many features being blocked by a pay-wall, I feel that the app does not offer anything "extra" for the money spent, in comparison with any other free app.

It was working fine until it started showing an error at login "please wait a few minutes before you try again" So now I can't get back into the app. Have paid for the pro version. Wonder how long it'll take for the developers to fix. Or if they're even fixing it to begin with given its been awfully long time now. A note to the developers: Kindly acknowledge the following bug and suggest an appropriate action that needs to be taken. Or else refund the money.

Frustrated. You guys can't respond to tickets and yet continue to charge. I've been dealing with this issue for 2 months. Sent a message over 2 times and I've yet to recieve a response. My IG account gets shut out now when I log in and I have to go through and create a new password each time (it's not worth it bc it's not working 🤷🏽‍♀️) and my stats haven't been updated in well over a month and a half.

I paid 4.99$ for the monthly subscription but unfortunately your app doesn't probably work. The main reason I purchased your app is to see who visits my profile but this feature doesn't work. I even asked a friend to visit my profile and give me a few likes and that feature didn't show his name though. I tried to contact support through the app but there is a problem with sending messages. I restored my purchase but I didn't get any money back. Neither my gold account cancelled. Please help!

I have the pro version for sometime and it recently stopped allowing to login. Leading upto not being able to sign-in anymore, the application kept shows false information about lost followers even they when I checked they were still following. The #1 touted feature of seeing whom blocked you also doesn't work at all. Never has qnd I have even tested it with alternate accounts.

Very disappointed and I advise anyone not to pay for it. The daily updates are extremely slow and the results are extremely inaccurate! I had people visiting my profile in front of me and their names never showed up in the ' profile viewers'. I had many followers liking a picture I had just posted and the app will show that only 1 person had visited my profile. So inaccurate and so bad. I am glad I bought only the one month subscription and not for a full year.

No better than any other app that shows that list of your followers and people who don't follow you back, it may be even worse. Any other features requires good subscription. Yet you are buy a black box knowing nothing. It also ask you to try free trial version, yet as soon as u open that option sends you to the subscription purchase page. Provide free trials of gold subscription otherwise no use in the app.

Horrible experience. I know this comment will be deleted. If you guys have guts, then I dare you to keep it. I spend money for the app and subscribe it for 6 months. After 2 days, I can't even open the application. Its just showing blank pages. It's a fraud. Don't waste your money. On the time of subscribing it, it was showing that it will refund money if not work properly. No trace of that as well.

The payment is a scam and purposefully counter-intuitive. They offer you various plan, but no matter which plan you choose, that means they will withdraw your money for every period. I choose a one time payment for 1 month. So they withdrawn my money every month. I have read reviews about people that can't stop the subscription, my answer is: you can. Do it via Google Play, because they would never answer you. My another tips is, never use this for your business/important account, I did. ☠️

The app looked really classy, it looked like it'll do the job... But when I opened it, I got immediately bombarded with ADS and I was like 'alright, they need to make money from these apps somehow'... But then I went through the functions! Folks: the only functions you don't have to pay ridiculous amounts for are ones you can just get on Instagram itself. I'm talking like 80 percent of the function of the app is "exclusive". Nah fam. Nah.

I paid for the entire year. The app was bugging out and showing people who were following me, under the people who weren't. So, I thought that I would need to reinstall the app to sorta fix any bugs. Reinstalled it and all of a sudden I can't login with my instagram account? This is unacceptable. I would appreciate any help, a refund, or just to be able to use it for the remainder of the time I had paid for.

I purchased the Gold subscription and was very disappointed in the service in just two days. The app mentioned "Refund guaranteed if not satisfied" and was still rejected a refund through the Play store. I emailed the developer twice regarding this and got no response, I even tried to contact through the "Support" option in the app and the message doesn't even go through. Don't pay for this app.Its complete spam one.

ONLY GOOD THING IS INTERFACE AND APPEAL... Otherwise it is absolute trash, I had the paid subscription from day one... Had and used it for one month, after my first subscription renewal basic stuff like being able to unfollow etc. stopped working, and then when I tried to message support through in app support for several days in a row, it refused to send, so I give up and I'm totally deleting this app... DELETED

They claim you can see who views your profile. I checked this feature by using a different profile to view my own, and nothing appeared in the app. Also, they offer a free trial for the paid version, and when you click on that banner they charge you as soon as you sign up. I've tried several support tickets but they never go through, probably because it's just a feature put there to make people think there is someone on the other side of this app. Don't waste your time.

Unlike other apps, this format is super simple, and easy to look for what you need. It automatically follows and unfollows from the app to instagram, so that's very convenient. Buying Gold was a good choice ;D
