Installed device about two weeks ago, battery operation only, it works, I get notifications on my phone but the lag time is about 8 seconds. I tried to add a second small tablet for viewing but it would only work for 30 seconds then I would get the software had stopped working message. Overall it works but could definitely be improved.

Someone should really provide a real solution to this problem and fix it once and for all. What I have seen so far are merely instructions repeated again and again on how to configure the wireless video doorbell - They do not address the root cause of a real software bug that caused the video doorbell to stop functioning. My video doorbell stopped functioning properly after only 2 days (that proved that the connection configuration done by me was correct otherwise it would not be connected to begin with). After the problem happened, all the steps were followed but the connection still failed. My wireless router has the latest firmware and it's confirmed working as I have no problem connecting all my other wireless devices and there is no MAC address filtering applied.

I recently purchase this doorbell security camera, it took me countless hours to configured with my wifi connection to this security camera. I finally got it to work ( downloading version 2.5 instead version 2.8). however once you push the doorbell button. I dont received any notifications on my phone that someone's is standing at the door.

I have the doorbell and app working .doorbell works fine but the app leaves a lot to be desired. Notifications from the doorbell to the app are woefully slow. Trying to answer the doorbell using the app is totally hopeless due to the lag between the bell and the app. Doorbell works well be fair and when it finally recognises the sd card it records well.

After all the trouble I gone threw would have just been easier to buy a more reliable brand I don't seem to get notifications when the door bell rings and I'm not sure if the PIR works either you do get a good video image though and the pan and tilt features are cool

Set it up in like 5 minutes. Works great. Any hope for google home and / or alexa integration? Would def give 5 stars then. I bought this thing on wish... For like 11 dollars. I knew it was from China and didnt expect it to be good...but it is great for the price... Easy setup / easy use. If youre not a technical person stop buying technical gadgets... Just sayin'

Having connection problems. Takes to long to load or does load at all. Very annoying especially when I get an alarm and I can't check to see who's at my door because it won't load. 😠

App does not let your phone receive notifications when doorbell is pushed. Also no notification for pir detection. This app is broken and it looks like it has no support from developer? Please fix these issues you could have a awesome app

If I wanted to go look and see who was outside I would have just put in a peephole ... Camera works but the app IS STUPID keep having to reinstall the lag time is also STUPIDLY LONG That being said this camera is better than any of the other ones I bought! SO THANK YOU!

Bought this device sometime last year, was waiting to change front door, now that I'm ready to install doorbell, doing testing the notification doesn't work on the phone neither the device. I guess I wasted money buying this device.

This app is absolutely no good you do not get absolutely no notification whatsoever what's a point in it. you asked for all permissions and network and still nothing. you are shameful and lazy your customers are unimpressed sort yourself out. NO I do not recommend this app or this product.

Impossible to connect with my wifi and on the phone I have tried so many times it reaches 90%then turns off .not HAPPY.

Disappointed with this app. I keep having to reinstall it because the time and date on my door bell keep reverting back to December 2016.

had the app working until j charged the batteries and now it wont sync anymore even after reset. cant find a support system more than reset button.....help

I have a galaxy note 9 the video shows great but I dont get notifications. when the doorbell is pushed I never know it.

Does not notify when cam is activated. Ver 1.0.192 worked perfect with older ver android. Nothing works with new android above ver. 6

will not send notifications to my note 9, would never know if someone at the door unless set watching the dam camera all day! needs sorting out

I do not know what everyone is complaining about! I paid next to nothing for mine and it was a few minutes to setup and has worked great for going on a year with no problems!!

It worked for about an hour then stopped. Spent hours trying to reconnect. About ready to trash it.

Never worked with my phones (Huawei and oneplus) wrote an email to the developer never answered, such an idiot has to develop an idiotic application whick it is not working! Not to my surprise.

need a lot of improvements just not working right in fact it need to reconstruct it's a waste of people's time

don't throw your money, it is totally rubbish products & you can't get refunds its never worked.

The app is good but missing some improvement enhancements/features. Is the source available/open so I can contribute please?

Cannot get it to connect to network, changed to 2.4gh still nothing

got a replacement but still useless cannot connect to Samsung galaxy j4

Had this for a year or more and it work brilliant even when i was abroad now its stoped why????
