Cannot sign in on the app, while I have no issues signing in on the web. From the other reviews, we all seem to have the same issue.
App is useless, can't even create a account because the email never gets sent. And no it's not in my spam I check.
I don't really use this app much because it doesn't have any gym-specific information, like class schedules or when the kid's playroom is open. I end up going to the actual website a lot. I guess it's good if you need workout suggestions. It also won't connect to my Fitbit.
Can't even really rate the app because it doesn't even let me log in. A few weeks ago, it just wasn't even recognizing my login details, even though I can log in just fine on the website. Now when I try to log in, it tells me that I can't login on this app and directs me to some sort of "Virtuagym" app, which I looked up and evidently requires you to pay to use it. XSport is already getting enough of my money, why would they direct me to another app to get even more?
The update that was done was horrible cause now I can't log in to my acct.
I really don't see the use for the app, there is a lot of improvement to be done to it, Add my card barcode to the app to start with, I do appreciate some of the other aspects hence the 2 stars.
having the same issue as everyone else.. I can not log in.. I can log in thr browser, but the app keeps saying my email or password is not correct. At the gym they rested my password and still did not work.
So the app is your standard fitness assisting app. What would make it a lot better, is having a module that would allow our personal trainers to update out stats and workouts on our behalf.
App does not allow to log in neither with member number nor email. No change since it was launched more than a year ago. Wonder if they have any intention to make it work.
It will not let me create an account it says it has sent an email and it never shows up I've even checked my spam filter and I've tried multiple times in the past 2 days.
Horrible! Will not let me log in to my account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times! Updated all of my info on the website thru a PC. Nothing. Garbage app
I like the app. However, you need to add key tag bar code on app so that when I go to xsport i can use my phone to scan in. would have been high 5 stars if it had that.
I've tried to login 3 times with no success. Even when I tried to reset password it said that my email was incorrect. Which is false.
Same complaint aa everyone else....can't log in!!! And i reset my password and verified the correct email addreas to sign in so no, it is not user error.
won't let me login. uninstalling the app. I was able to log in through browser so I know the problem isn't on my end.
Unimpressed. Registered online, I can log in online. App does not recognize the exact same credentials. Uninstall, u useless.

Very easy to use with my new phone. My old outdated phone will not work with this app.

doesn't allow sign in through app. web page works but xsport doesn't allow you to do anything through it
Doesn't work. We are required to use this app to register for classes. I've been waiting for a confirmation email for a week.
Trying to create an account & it saids i shoukd receive an email with link & instructions for activating the xsport fitness app but never received the email
I don't get the point of this app. It does not seem to sync up with anything at the gym. For instance, I have a session scheduled at noon today, but it does not show in the "calendar" section. This is essentially a book keeping tool where you can store personal information, but I'd rather just keep my calendar, notes, and nutrition journal in my normal note taking apps.
