App updated frequently, but still weird things. Filter settings not memorized. Profit total includes credits from your bank! Reinstall, lists and graph settings lost. Can't define a model of graph settings with colors and parameters. On daily graph, no Monday indicated, on hourly graph, no day limit indicated! List screens full of void, why can't it just write without blank every where and put buttons on the screen and not outside? Starting white screen very painful for dark theme user's eyes!

Good app, but I have a feature proposal. Please implement an alias for the accounts. I'm using 3 USD accounts and all the time I need to take care and to verify the account number in order to make transactions or deposits. It will be more easily to have also an alias for each account.

I tried to contact via chat and it has to be via message forcing to agree to receive commercial annoying communications. Spread and fees are too high. More than double of Plus 500

app is amazing no doubt except I wish I could place pending orders but I don't see such an option plus now I don't know whenever I open it the app just loads forever I thought it was my network at first but it's not

Hello! Pretty good app, news, calendar but if you can add the following options it would be a lot more useful 1. Time period quick button change 2. When adding indicators to a chart there should be an option to be applicable to all instruments charts, instead of loosing time adding them one by one to every instrument. 3. Another very useful thing is the real time value of an indicators like RSI, Stochastic, Demarker etc. and even the pointer lines can't move down to see the value as well. :)

I just opened a demo account. Bad grafical interface. It is not clear what currency is invested(EUR/USD), to find that I have to look at profit (there is given the currency type). Graphical user interface is not scalable, lots of overlaping text. Not undersandable. I would attach a screenshot but it seems is not posdible... The answer to the question "Does this app look bad visually? -> YES!!

The app still needs some work. Closed positions don't always show up immediately in history and like some others here I also experienced issues when trying to setup a real account through app. Also the app becomes unresponsive a bit too often. With that said the stuff that works works well and is very easy to use. I am hopeful that in time things will continue to improve.

The description of "alerts" are not shown in the notifications neither in the app, so You do not know the purpose of that specific alert, why did You set that. It is not possible to work on the graph to set alerts, plan pending orders. You can only work by numbers. This app is not for reacting, or working. It is good for looking at the prices. Not an alternative to the web version!

Since I made a withdrawal of $101 on the 4th January 2021. It didn't show up in my bank ACC used to deposit with. No Trace,no reversal no answer. Until l was told by my bank that they marked as con artists. So fellow South Africans beware of brokers like this. Your money will go in,no withdrawal.

Still on Demo account, and still at the beginning but so far amazing. Went through other brokers/apps but just cant beat the simplicity and opportunities this apps gives you! I will definitely stay with you guys with the live account once I gain more experience! "Update: would be much easier if there are templates for charts by just doing one or two clicks rather then adding each indicator individually"

app still kinda missing some options and it glitches when rotating The phone !

The only downside of the app is that you need to use a calculator besides the app. It doesn't calculate automatically how much you are spending. Besides that, great app.

Delay in price always( freezing Price ) A price difference that prevents closing the position with a profit—terrible broker. I will leave after I try to back my money. Don't forget there is no hedge.

It is a little bit simple to operate

Wjat should improve: Make watch lists easier to manager. Make the app more reliable (so often the data for a title would no load forcing me to reopen the app). Make smart notifications. Make it much easier to set stop loss (drag and drop). The app could be so much better and the progress has been incredibly slow (I've been using it for over a year and the badly implemented watchlists are the only improvement (ok, there's the sync with web app too but hey, that's was long over due anyway).

Practical and intuitive. However in the News it should allow us to enlarge the graphics because they are too small to see the details And I don't know why I always get notifications in duplicate so it should be possible to change this in the settings.

Pros : Trailing stop on server, many fibonacci based indicators. On my opinion, the desktop browser version is more practical and easy to use comparing with MT4 mostly because all the settings, indicators, or expert advisers run on the server and they are not affected by the connection or the computer failure. Cons: When the market is crowded sometimes the screen freeze on a particular instrument.

Please add widget that allows to show open positions and profits live without opening app like running on background Widget should also have options to show how much pips is near to alarm or even allows to choosen eur/pln or other instruments show price live without opening app it would be great. I didn't hear any sounds from push notification from this app. It would be also great it will be allow to get notifications when the price hit pivot points in the settings as push notifications.

This is the best App I have tried for trading since I started about 2 years ago with demo accounts. It is easy to use, it has low spreads and I think it offers the best demonstration of a trading account available. The other Apps I've used have always had something missing so I end up returning to XTB. The only thing that would make it better is if you could get a demo account where you can adjust the initial investment to a lower level.

befor i use some apps online trading buy this is deferent honestly. everything is easy to understand. really It's great platform to online trading. ❤️i just love it❣️

ok for trading but could use a facelift. as in a cleaner interface, more instruments, templates added to charts automatically, charts should be more responsive and sometimes the candles don't show when high volume. better use tradingview for charting ... and xtb can follow their example

4 stars because it a great app build but my major problem is the difficulty in switching between demo and real, can't seem to find any where to make that switch... Please XTB technical team kindly look into this. Thanks 👍🏾

Easy to use app (much better than the browser version). A good place to start investing I think.

Pretty clear and efficient. One small flaw, the last update led to me losing all my indicator settings because the trading tab wouldn't open without cleaning past data, which included these settings. Which took me like one hour to recover from. Please do better with the next update!

Good app. I would like it to have a widget or always on display option for stock values.

Nice app overall, only downside for me is that switching between accounts (different curencies) can have some side effects from time to time (estimated value of a new order is wrong sometimes and needs a restart to get it right) still, pretty nice app. 👍 Support also very good in general.

The desktop app is great, but the mobile one not so much. Gave me the feeling that is made in a certain way to make you open and close positions by mistake. I know that there is a second level of confirmation but even with that one it's really tricky. I'll definitely not use it until something changes.

Just the worst. Downloaded the app all fine but then I just get a blank page when I try to activate my account. Emailed for help and got a unhelpful reply saying I dont have an account with them??? Went on Live chat and was told the situation was strange and to send my verification documents to a email address which doesn't seem secure. Having this many problems just to sign up I dont feel safe or recommend anyone using this app
